The club house Safe Home is located in an area of low-rise construction, without industrial enterprises and skyscrapers. The four-story building with only 12 apartments is being built according to an individual project, promising future residents well-thought-out layouts and a high level of comfort. Landscaping was used in the arrangement of the inner courtyard, a modern children's playground made of natural materials was installed, and a relaxation area with a barbecue was organized.
