Description

The residential complex "Onyx" is a new project of the construction company "Rodolit", which is being implemented in the Shevchenko district of Chernivtsi city. Only high-quality and reliable building materials, tested by experience, are used in construction. A ten-story energy-efficient comfort class building is being erected using modern monolithic-frame technology. The walls are made of ceramic blocks, with a ventilated facade. Insulation is done with mineral wool and polystyrene. The windows are glazed with 5-chamber energy-saving double-glazed windows, and the presence of individual heating systems in each apartment will allow residents to enjoy a comfortable microclimate inside the premises in any weather.

You can be confident in your own safety and the safety of your children, as the complex will have a closed territory with the concept of "car-free courtyard" and will be under round-the-clock security surveillance. Here, recreation areas and children's spaces will be arranged.
