About the project

HELGA Residential Complex is a modern multi-functional business class living complex consisting of six 7-story buildings. The concept of the project is to create a comfortable space for living, working, and leisure. The complex includes cozy residential buildings with 7 floors, commercial premises for the placement of infrastructure facilities, as well as a business center with office spaces.

The architecture of the new building is designed in a modern style - with clear and concise forms, calm facade colors, enlarged window openings, and light balcony finishes. The apartments in the complex are also modern: spacious, ergonomic, with various layouts and room numbers, large terraces, convenient balconies, or cozy loggias. HELGA Residential Complex is about 7 km away from the center of Lviv, which can be reached by car in 15 minutes or by public transport in half an hour. Public transport stops are located near the new building (250-400 m), where more than 25 bus, tram, and minibus routes stop. It is convenient to reach transportation hubs from the residential complex: Lviv International Airport is about 15 minutes away by car, and the railway station is about 20 minutes away by car or direct minibus.

Within a 5-minute walk from the new building, there are network supermarkets "Silpo" and "ATB", and within a radius of up to 1 km, there are many various shops and shopping centers where you can buy household goods, clothing, shoes, household appliances, furniture.

Within a 10-minute walk, there are three municipal kindergartens, a little further away (within a distance of up to 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car), five more childcare facilities operate. Children of school age can attend 6 general education schools located within a distance of up to 1.5 km from the HELGA Residential Complex.
