About the project

RC HELGA is a modern multifunctional residential complex of business class, consisting of six 7-storey buildings. The concept of the project is to create a comfortable space for living, working, and relaxation. The complex includes cozy residential buildings, commercial premises for infrastructure facilities, and a business center with office spaces.

The architecture of the new building is done in a modern style - with clear and concise forms, calm facade colors, enlarged window openings, and light balcony finishes. The apartments in the complex are also modern: spacious, ergonomic, with various layouts and number of rooms, large terraces, convenient balconies, or cozy loggias. The wide choice of layouts in the RC "Helga" allows to choose the optimal real estate option for any needs.

The closed inner territory of the complex is fully adapted for the residents' relaxation: it includes modern children's and sports playgrounds, equipped areas for active leisure and relaxation. The territory will be decorated with elements of landscape design.

Infrastructure

RC HELGA is located on Knyahyni Olhy Street in the Frankivsky district of Lviv. It is almost the southern outskirts of the city, known for its excellent ecology and tranquil pace of life. At the same time, the microdistrict where the complex is located has a powerful social and household infrastructure and convenient connection to the central part of the city. RC "Helga" is about 7 km away from the center of Lviv, which can be reached by car in 15 minutes or by public transport in half an hour. Public transport stops (more than 25 bus, tram, and marshrutka routes) are located near the new building (250-400 m). It is also convenient to reach transport hubs from the RC: about 15 minutes by car to the Lviv International Airport and about 20 minutes by car or direct marshrutka to the railway station.

Within a 5-minute walk from the new building, there are network supermarkets "Silpo" and "ATB", and within a radius of 1 km, there are many various shops and shopping centers where you can buy household goods, clothes, shoes, home appliances, furniture.

Within a 10-minute walk, there are three municipal kindergartens, and a little further away (within a 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by car), there are five more childcare facilities. Six comprehensive schools ready to accept school-age children are located within 1.5 km from the RC "Helga". Also, near the complex, there are many extracurricular education institutions: art school, dance classes, various developmental groups, language courses, etc.

Enthusiasts of an active lifestyle can visit the "Beach" water park, which can be reached in a 10-minute walk (900 m), and nature lovers can visit the "Bodnarivka" park and Lake Nalanuy, which are only a 20-minute walk away (1.8 km).
