The club house "Na Karmanskoho" is located in a park area, a 10-minute drive from the city center. Next to the new building are two of Lviv's largest parks - Zalizna Voda and the landscaped park Stryiskyi with a pond, walking paths, and a tropical greenhouse. In the courtyard of the club house, there is a children's playground and a relaxation area. Another advantage of the complex is the absence of commercial premises.

In the area of the club house "Na Karmanskoho," there is a whole range of infrastructure facilities, and if necessary, you can reach the city center by car in 12 minutes. By public transport, the trip to Rynok Square will take 30 minutes. The nearest bus stops, №4N and №53 on Ivan Franko Street, are a 3-minute walk away, to the major transport interchange at the intersection of Ivan Franko and Kozelnytska streets - a 2-minute drive. In 12 minutes, you can reach another "Vopak" supermarket. For fresh fruits and vegetables, you can always visit the "Shuvar" farmers' market, which is a 10-minute drive away. The same distance from the club house "Na Karmanskoho" is the "Arsen" shopping center with a large grocery supermarket.

If you need a kindergarten, within a 6-9 minute walk from the building are kindergartens №170, KidsCan, "Doshkіlnyatko," and the school-kindergarten "Sofia." The nearest children's development center on Ivan Franko Street is a 6-minute walk, and 11 minutes by car from the new building is the "KUZYA" children's center. Schoolchildren can attend Municipal School №69 with enhanced French language learning, which is a 12-minute walk away. Private schools "Dzherelce" and Creative International Children's School (KMDSh) are a 6-minute drive from the club house, and the "Erudit" school is a further 4 minutes away. You can engage in sports at an open sports ground a 9-minute walk from the building, or at the "Dynamo" sports complex, just a few minutes further. If you feel like going for a morning run, cycling, or simply taking a walk in peace, the Stryiskyi and Zalizna Voda parks are a 12-14 minute walk from the building.
