LCD Clubhouse Waldhausen In Levovskaya oblaste

Waldhausen is a small apartment residential complex in the format of a club house, the idea of which the authors borrowed from small German villages, most of which also bear the same name. The six-story eco-building with only 35 apartments is located in a quiet corner of the town of Dubliany, near the park and the center. All apartments from the 1st to the 5th floor have balconies with views of the park. The feature of the top floor apartments is the possibility of installing a real fireplace. The surrounding area is created with the interests of residents of different ages in mind: a playground with a modern play complex for children, a cozy green relaxation area for adults.

Infrastructure

Thanks to the thoughtful location of the Waldhausen complex, residents will be able to use both the infrastructure of Dubliany and the neighboring Lviv. The town is connected to the regional center by the M06 highway "Kyiv-Chop", which allows for quick access to work or taking children to kindergartens and schools. By car, it takes 20 minutes to get to Market Square in the historic center of Lviv. If necessary, public transport can be used: near the complex there is a bus stop for buses No. 111 and No. 180a, which run between the town and the regional center.

You can buy groceries within a 10-15 minute walk from the club house in several small shops and in the "Rukavychka" supermarket, as well as in the 24-hour "ATB-Market" supermarket located along the M06 highway and two "Rukavychka" network supermarkets, which are 3-6 minutes by car.

The nearest kindergartens in Lviv are on average a 10-minute drive by car. These include municipal kindergartens No. 133 and No. 71, private kindergarten "Kazka", Montessori center "Sunny Ray" and early development center "Mudryk". For older children within walking distance from the Waldhausen residential complex are the Dubliany secondary school and art school. Parents of schoolchildren can also choose one of the schools in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv: municipal schools No. 30, No. 99, No. 187, No. 154, Ecoland primary school and Lviv Economic Lyceum are 7-9 minutes by car.

For walks and runs, there is the Maliniak Park near the building, and for training you can drive in 7 minutes by car to the "Olymp" sports hall, in 10 minutes to the "Positive" fitness club, in 15 minutes to the "Crystal" and "Pride Elite Gym" fitness clubs.

Medical institutions within a 15-minute walk from the Waldhausen residential complex include the Dubliany city and children's hospitals.
