LCD Clubhouse Waldhausen In Levovskaya oblaste

Waldhausen is a small apartment residential complex in the format of a club house, the idea of which the authors borrowed from small German villages, which mostly bear the same name. The six-story eco-building with only 35 apartments is located in a quiet corner of the city of Dubljany, near a park and the city center. All apartments from the 1st to the 5th floor have balconies with views of the park. The feature of the top floor apartments is the possibility of installing a real fireplace. The surrounding area is designed to cater to the interests of residents of all ages: a playground with a modern play complex for children, a cozy green relaxation area for adults.

Infrastructure

Thanks to the well-thought-out location of the Waldhausen complex, residents will be able to enjoy both Dubljany's infrastructure and that of neighboring Lviv. The town is connected to the regional center by the M06 highway "Kyiv-Chop", which allows for quick commuting to work or taking children to kindergartens and schools. By car, it is a 20-minute drive to Rynok Square in the historic center of Lviv. If needed, public transport is available: near the complex, there is a bus stop for buses No.111 and No.180a, which run between the town and the regional center.

Within a 10-15 minute walk from the club house, residents can buy groceries at several small shops and at the "Rukavychka" supermarket, as well as at the 24-hour "ATB-Market" supermarket and two "Rukavychka" supermarkets located along the M06 highway, which are a 3-6 minute drive away.

The nearest kindergartens in Lviv are on average a 10-minute drive away by car. These include municipal kindergartens No.133 and No.71, private kindergarten "Kazka", Montessori Center "Sunny Ray", and early development center "Mudrik". For older children within walking distance from the Waldhausen residential complex are Dubljany comprehensive schools and the School of Arts. Parents of schoolchildren can also choose from schools in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv: municipal schools No.30, No.99, No.187, No.154, Ecoland Elementary School, and Lviv Economic Lyceum are a 7-9 minute drive away by car.

For walking and jogging, there is Malynyak Park near the building, and for training, you can drive 7 minutes by car to the sports hall "Olimp", 10 minutes to the fitness club "Positiv", 15 minutes to the fitness clubs "Crystal" and Pride Elite Gym.

Medical facilities within a 15-minute walk from the Waldhausen residential complex include Dubljany City Hospital and Children's Hospital.
