KM "Bude Dim Derevach" is a small town located in the suburbs of Lviv, in the village of Derevach. The construction of 23 cottages is planned on a total area of ​​1 hectare. This is a cozy and comfortable housing in the middle of a forest park.

The cottages are built of brick and additionally insulated with 100mm polystyrene. Energy efficiency is also promoted by 5-chamber windows Veka-WHS 72mm and armored entrance doors. All houses are one-story, which is a convenient solution for families with small children or elderly or people with limited mobility. Thanks to the fairly large area and balanced, ergonomic layout, the houses will be comfortable for families of any size. The cottages have two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, a pantry, and a fireplace. The houses are designed in such a way that each has a fairly large under-roof space, which can be used as a residential attic or attic space. The house projects have covered terraces and provide for the placement of a personal BBQ zone on the land plot. Individual parking under a canopy next to the house will add comfort for car owners.

The entire town area is closed to outsiders, entry is through a barrier. The project includes a recreation area with a pool and a children's playground.

All management issues of the town will be taken care of by the management company.

Infrastructure

Quiet, peaceful life surrounded by nature, but close to a big city - that's what KM "Bude Dim Derevach" offers its residents. Nearby are the forest and a lake, and 500 meters away there is a convenient exit to the E471 Lviv-Mukachevo highway, which by car is 12 minutes to the ring road of Lviv and 30 minutes to Rynok Square in the city center. You can also reach any part of Lviv by public transport: 20 bus routes run along the road towards the regional center.

A 6-minute drive from the town is the "ATB" supermarket, and a 12-minute drive away is the large shopping center "King Cross Leopolis" with the "Ashan" supermarket, the construction hypermarket "Epicenter K". The shopping center also has a gallery of shops, bank branches, two cinemas, a bowling alley, a children's entertainment complex Fly Kids, the European Academy of Coaching Excellence, a food court with several cafes and restaurants. For farm products, you can always go to the "Shuvar" market, near which there is a large flower market.
