KM "Bude Dim Derevach" is a small town located in the suburbs of Lviv, in the village of Derevach. The construction of 23 cottages is planned on a total area of ​​1 hectare. This is a cozy and comfortable living in the middle of a forest park.

The cottages are built of brick and additionally insulated with 100 mm polystyrene. Energy efficiency is also enhanced by 5-chamber windows Veka-WHS 72mm and armored entrance doors. An individual parking space under a canopy next to the house will add comfort to car owners.

The overall territory of the town is closed to outsiders, entry through a barrier. The project includes a recreation area with a swimming pool and a children's playground.

Infrastructure

A quiet, peaceful life surrounded by nature, but close to a big city - this is what KM "Bude Dim Derevach" offers its residents. Nearby there are a forest and a lake, and 500 meters away there is a convenient exit to the E471 Lviv-Mukachevo highway, which takes 12 minutes by car to the Lviv ring road and 30 minutes to Rynok Square in the city center. You can reach any part of Lviv by public transport: 20 bus routes run along the highway towards the regional center.

In 6 minutes by car from the town, there is a supermarket "ATB", and in 12 minutes there is a large shopping center "King Cross Leopolis" with a supermarket "Ashan", a construction hypermarket "Epicenter K".
