"Harmony Hill" is a cottage town located in the picturesque Bryukhovychi, where modern comfort meets the tranquility of suburban life.
On a total area of 0.24 hectares, there are 5 separate loft-style cottages. Each house has a spacious yard and a carport in the basic configuration.
Only high-quality materials are used in construction, ensuring the reliability, durability, and comfort of your living space. The cottages are built of brick and additionally insulated with mineral wool. Individual heating allows you to maintain a comfortable temperature in the rooms at any time of the year. Panoramic windows provide good room insulation.
The cottages have thoughtful and functional layouts. The first floor includes a hallway, a wardrobe room, a pantry, a guest room, a bathroom, a spacious kitchen-dining room with panoramic windows, a fireplace, and access to your own plot. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with panoramic windows and a large shared bathroom. The third bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe room and a private bathroom. All bedrooms have access to a large balcony-loggia.
The common area of KM "Harmony Hill" is closed to outsiders, ensuring privacy and comfort.
Infrastructure
The cottage town "Harmony Hill" is located in an ecologically attractive area of Bryukhovychi village, Lviv region, at 6 Nova Street. Across the road is a large pine forest, allowing residents to enjoy clean air and tranquility, highly valued after the hustle and bustle of the city. At the same time, work and education in the city will remain accessible.
Just 5 minutes by car to the outskirts of Lviv, about 30 minutes to the historic center, Market Square, and Lviv National Opera House. You can also reach the regional center by buses No. 8, No. 22, No. 104, and No. 123, walking to the stop for about 12 minutes. The Bryukhovychi railway station is a 3-minute drive away.
For groceries, the nearest supermarkets "Rukavychka," "Aurora," "Blizenko," and "Sim 23" are a 4-minute drive away. Along Independence Street in Bryukhovychi, a 25-minute walk away, there are various shops, cafes, and post offices. On the outskirts of Lviv, about a 12-minute drive away, is the sports-trading-entertainment center "Spartak," which includes the supermarket "Silpo," the fitness club "Sport Life," the cinema "Multiplex," a large children's space with play areas, food court, and brand stores.
