Red Wood Cottage Village is a complex of nine two-story townhouses near a lake in the outskirts of Lviv, in the village of Bіrki. Each house is designed to have two outdoor parking spaces and a private building area that can be arranged according to your preferences.

Prospective residents are offered townhouses of two types with different areas to suit the needs of a family - 104.6 sq.m with three bedrooms and 112.46 sq.m with four bedrooms.

The external walls of the buildings are made of gas block, while the internal partitions are made of brick. The glazing is done with energy-saving 2-chamber double-glazed windows with a 6-chamber profile. All houses have individual heating systems.
