Description

Soul House Townhouse is a unique architectural project that combines the advantages of an apartment and a suburban house. Two-story cottages with private plots are located next to a pine forest in the village of Borki near Lviv. Next to each townhouse are two parking spaces with convenient access. At the back of the house, there is a private yard where you can set up a children's playground and a relaxation area with a pool and barbecue.

Another advantage of the cottages is the insulated attic, which can be converted into an additional bedroom or office if desired.

Infrastructure

Soul House Townhouse is being built 25 minutes by car from Rynok Square in the historic center of Lviv. You can also reach the regional center by public transport - 8 minutes walk to the stops of suburban routes №104, №123 and №144, which take you to bus station №2, 700th Anniversary Square of Lviv and Vyacheslav Chornovil Street. Just 4 minutes by car from the village - Lviv Ring Road, allowing quick access to any district of the western capital of Ukraine.

Within a radius of 10 minutes by car from the townhouses, there are grocery stores and supermarkets, medical facilities, an educational complex, Nova Poshta branches, cafes, pharmacies, and other services.

The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk away, and the "Rukavychka" supermarket is a 4-7 minute drive away. You can relax near the house at the hotel-restaurant complex "Shpacer" or at the leisure complex "KORSA" on the shore of Lake Bryukhovychi.
