Description

Soul House Townhouse is a unique architectural project that combines the advantages of an apartment and a suburban house. Two-story cottages with private plots are located near a pine forest in the village of Bіrki near Lviv. Next to each townhouse are two parking spaces with convenient entry and exit. At the back of the house is a private yard, where you can set up a children's playground and a relaxation area with a pool and barbecue.

In 4 minutes by car from the townhouse - Lviv Ring Road, which allows you to quickly reach any district of the western capital of Ukraine.

Within a radius of 10 minutes by car from the townhouses, there are grocery stores and supermarkets, medical facilities, an educational complex, Nova Poshta branches, cafes, pharmacies, and other services.

The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk, and the “Rukavychka” supermarket is a 4-7 minute drive.
