Description

Soul House Townhouses is a unique architectural project that combines the advantages of an apartment and a suburban house. Two-story cottages with private plots are located next to a pine forest in the village of Birkiv near Lviv. Next to each townhouse are two parking spaces with convenient access and exit. On the back side of the house is a private yard where you can set up a children's playground and a relaxation area with a pool and barbecue.

Another advantage of the cottages is the insulated attic, which can be converted into an additional bedroom or office.

Infrastructure

Soul House Townhouses are being built 25 minutes by car from Rynok Square in the historic center of Lviv. You can also reach the regional center by public transport - an 8-minute walk to the stops of suburban routes No. 104, No. 123 and No. 144, which take you to Bus Station No. 2, 700th Anniversary Square of Lviv and Vyacheslav Chornovil Street. A 4-minute drive from the town is the Lviv Ring Road, which allows quick access to any district of the western capital of Ukraine.

Within a 10-minute radius by car from the townhouses, there are grocery stores and supermarkets, medical facilities, an educational complex, branches of "Nova Poshta", cafes, pharmacies and other services.

The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk, and the "Rukavychka" supermarket is a 4-7 minute drive away. Nearby, you can relax at the hotel-restaurant complex "Shpatsir" or at the recreation complex "KORSA" on the shore of Lake Bryukhovychi. For those who prefer walks in the forest, it's a 4-minute drive to Ivan Franko Park or 8 minutes to Bryukhovychi Forest.
