Soul House Townhouse is a unique architectural project that combines the advantages of an apartment and a suburban house. Two-story cottages with private plots are located next to a pine forest in the village of Borki near Lviv. Next to each townhouse are two parking spaces with convenient access. At the back of the house, there is a private yard where you can set up a children's playground and a relaxation area with a pool and barbecue.

You can also reach the regional center by public transport - 8 minutes walk to the stops of suburban routes №104, №123 and №144, which take you to bus station №2, 700th Anniversary Square of Lviv and Vyacheslav Chornovil Street. Just 4 minutes by car from the village - Lviv Ring Road, allowing quick access to any district of the western capital of Ukraine.

Within a radius of 10 minutes by car from the townhouses, there are grocery stores and supermarkets, medical facilities, an educational complex, Nova Poshta branches, cafes, pharmacies, and other services.
