Soul House Townhouse is a unique architectural project that combines the advantages of an apartment and a suburban house. Two-story cottages with private plots are located next to a pine forest in the village of Birkі near Lviv. Next to each townhouse are two parking spaces with convenient entry and exit. At the back of the house is a private yard where you can set up a children's playground and a relaxation area with a pool and barbecue.
Another advantage of the cottages is the insulated attic, which can be converted into an additional bedroom or office if desired.

Soul House Townhouse is being built 25 minutes by car from Rynok Square in the historic center of Lviv. The regional center can also be reached by public transport - 8 minutes walk to the stops of suburban routes No. 104, No. 123, and No. 144, which take you to Bus Station No. 2, 700th Anniversary Square of Lviv, and Vyacheslav Chornovil Street. 4 minutes by car from the townhouses is the Lviv Ring Road, which allows quick access to any district of the western capital of Ukraine.
Within a radius of 10 minutes by car from the townhouses are grocery stores and supermarkets, medical facilities, an educational complex, branches of "Nova Poshta" (Ukrainian postal service), cafes, pharmacies, and other services.
The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk away, and the supermarket "Rukavychka" is a 4-7 minute drive away. Nearby, you can relax at the hotel-restaurant complex "Shpatsir" or at the recreation complex "KORSA" on the shore of Lake Bryukhovychi.
