Description

The residential complex on Rubchaka Street in the village of Solonka in the Lviv region is another project of the "KarpatBud" corporation. The economy class two-section building has only four floors and 74 apartments, which guarantees a small number of residents and provides more privacy and tranquility. One-room apartments with an area of 27-52 sq.m and two-room apartments with an area of 51-65 sq.m with ergonomic convenient layouts are available for selection.

The construction is carried out using monolithic frame technology, the walls are insulated with polystyrene foam boards. Autonomous heating in the building ensures moderate maintenance costs for the property.

The project includes arranging an open parking lot on the adjacent territory for residents' cars.

Infrastructure

The residential complex on Rubchaka Street is located in the village of Solonka, 5 minutes by car from the Lviv Ring Road. The E471 Lviv-Mukachevo highway (also known as Stryiska Street) passes nearby, and it takes about 20 minutes by car to get to Rynok Square in the city center. Any part of Lviv can be reached by public transport: there is a bus stop a 3-minute walk from the building, from which more than 20 bus routes run towards the regional center.

Solonka has a number of essential infrastructure facilities, including grocery stores, a school, a kindergarten, a "Nova Poshta" branch, a hairdresser, a car service station, a gas station, a church, and a football field. The residents of the residential complex on Rubchaka Street will also have access to Lviv's infrastructure, including the Frankivsky and Sykhivsky districts of the city.

It takes a 10-minute walk to reach the nearest grocery stores in Solonka. The "ATB-market" is about a 4-minute drive away by car. A trip to the King Cross Leopolis shopping center will take only 5 minutes, where there is a "Ashan" supermarket, shops of various directions, necessary services, the "Planeta Kino" cinema, the "Fly Kids" children's entertainment complex, and a food court with several cafes and restaurants. There is also an open "Epicenter" hypermarket where you can find everything you need for home repairs and improvements. For farm products, you can always visit the "Shuvar" market, which is a 14-minute drive away.

Among the educational institutions for children, the closest to the building on Rubchaka Street are the "Polina's home school" early development center and the private kindergarten "Pazlyki" within a 10 and 12-minute walk respectively. It takes about 13 minutes to walk to the Solonka primary and secondary school. Parents can also choose educational institutions in Lviv, located 13-15 minutes by car from the building.

For active sports training, the "Best body" gym is a 10-minute walk from the building.
