The residential complex on Rubchaka Street in the village of Solonka in the Lviv region is another project of the corporation "Karpatsky Bud". The two-section economy class building has only four floors and 74 apartments, which guarantees a small number of residents and provides more privacy and tranquility. One-room apartments ranging from 27-52 sq.m and two-room apartments ranging from 51-65 sq.m with ergonomic layouts are available for selection.
The construction is carried out using monolithic-frame technology, with walls made of gas block insulated with polystyrene plates. Autonomous heating in the building ensures moderate maintenance costs for the property.
The project provides for the arrangement of an open parking lot on the adjacent territory for residents' vehicles.
Infrastructure
The residential complex on Rubchaka Street is located in the village of Solonka, a 5-minute drive from the Lviv Ring Road. The E471 Lviv-Mukachevo highway (also known as Stryiska Street) passes nearby, allowing a drive to Rynok Square in the city center in about 20 minutes by car. Any part of Lviv can also be reached by public transport: a bus stop is located within a 3-minute walk from the building, where over 20 bus routes operate towards the regional center.
Solonka has a number of essential infrastructural facilities, including grocery stores, a school, a kindergarten, a "Nova Poshta" branch, a hair salon, a car service center, a gas station, a church, and a football field. Residents of the residential complex on Rubchaka Street can also make use of Lviv's infrastructure, particularly in the Frankivsky and Sykhivsky districts of the city.
It takes a 10-minute walk to reach the nearest grocery stores in Solonka. The "ATB Market" is about a 4-minute drive away by car. A trip to the "King Cross Leopolis" shopping center, where the "Ashan" grocery hypermarket, various shops, necessary services, the "Planeta Kino" cinema, the "Fly Kids" children's entertainment complex, and a food court with several cafes and restaurants are located, will take only 5 minutes. There is also the open hypermarket "Epicenter" where you can find everything necessary for home repairs and furnishing. For farm products, you can always visit the "Shuvar" market, a 14-minute drive away.
As for educational institutions for children, the closest to the building on Rubchaka Street are the "Polina's Home School" early development center and the private kindergarten "Pazlyki" at a 10-minute and 12-minute walk respectively. The Solonska primary and secondary school is about a 13-minute walk away for schoolchildren. Parents can also choose educational institutions in Lviv, located 13-15 minutes away by car from the building.
For active sports training, the "Best Body" gym is a 10-minute walk from the building.
