The residential complex Art 29 is being built in the town of Horodok, which is a suburb of Lviv. The residents of the complex will have access to all the infrastructure of the regional center, which can be reached by car in 20 minutes.
The Art 29 residential complex consists of two six-story buildings with built-in public spaces and underground parking. The project includes landscaping and improvement of the surrounding area.
The ground floors of the buildings will house premises for shops, cafes, and various necessary services.
Infrastructure
Residents of the Art 29 residential complex can reach the M11 Shegini-Lviv highway in just two minutes by car, which is about a 15-minute drive to the outskirts of Lviv and 30-35 minutes to Rynok Square in the historic part of the city. Within an 8-minute walk from the new building at the intersection of Artshchivska and Lvivska streets, there are bus stops for 33 bus routes, providing easy access to Lviv and neighboring settlements.
The presence of its own infrastructure on the first floors will meet the needs for necessary services and shopping. Additionally, nearby there are grocery stores, cafes, pharmacies, branches of "Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta", children's facilities, and medical institutions.
Within a 10-minute walk, there are grocery stores such as "Kozachok", "From A to Z", and "Family Market". Just a 4-minute drive away is the Horodok municipal food market with farm products, the "Rukavychka" supermarket, and the "Center City" shopping center. At a 20-minute drive on the outskirts of Lviv, you can find the "Metro" hypermarket and the "Epicenter" shopping center.
For children, within a 10-minute walk there are the "Matematika" kindergarten, Horodok NVK, the municipal school "Horodok Educational Complex No. 5", and within an 8-12 minute drive there are the "Khatka Vedmezhatka" full-day kindergarten, "Barvinok" kindergarten, municipal schools No. 2, No. 3, the Horodok Children's Music School, and the Horodok District Small Academy of Arts named after P. Andrusiv.
If needed, the Horodok District Polyclinic, the central city hospital, and dental services are just 3-4 minutes away by car. Nearby private medical facilities include the Medis clinic, Eskulab labs, and UNILAB.
For walks and morning runs, near the Art 29 residential complex there is the "800th Anniversary of Horodok" park, and just an 8-minute drive away is the Horodok pond, where you can have picnics. Within a 15-minute walk from the building is the "Kolos" stadium, which hosts various sports sections. Also nearby are fitness centers such as SportFit, Karate Club Union, Local Gym, FitLab fitness and dance studios.
