AUROOM FOREST is a new residential complex in the green and peaceful outskirts of Lviv. Four six- and eight-story buildings in a unified architectural style are located practically on the outskirts of Vynnyky Forest Park, which separates Vynnyky from the Lychakiv district of the regional center. The absence of industrial enterprises and high-rise buildings nearby will allow residents to enjoy clean air and views of the park area. The town itself will have green areas for adult recreation and a children's playground. If there is a need for a preschool institution, there are several within a 5-minute drive: Baby Club kindergartens, "Patronelka" and "Helen Doron", the preschool development center "Mudryk". Schoolchildren can walk to School No. 29 in 12 minutes and "Berehynia" School in 16 minutes. Also, within 4-6 minutes by car from the residential complex AUROOM FOREST, there are Municipal School No. 47 and Vynnyky General Education Sanatorium Boarding School. For extracurricular activities, within a 4-minute drive from the new building, there is a children's and youth creativity center and Children's Art School No. 9, 7 minutes away is the football school of Myron Markevych, and 3 minutes further is the "English for Kids" school.

Sports grounds will be equipped on the territory of the complex. You can go for a morning run in Vynnyky Forest Park, and in the summer, sunbathe and swim in the "Palmira Resort" swimming lake, which is a 7-minute drive away. Sports halls within walking distance from the house are "Yu-fit" — 4 minutes and Lombo Sinkikay — 9 minutes. By car, it takes 5 minutes to get to the STARFIT sports complex and 8 minutes to the MBM sports complex.
