Description

"CONTINENT PRIME" Residential Complex is a low-rise residential complex in the village of Zubra on the border of the Sychivsky district of Lviv. The project of the "CONTINENT" construction company is being implemented near one of the largest green areas in Lviv - Sychivsky Park. The 5-storey comfort-class building will have only 65 apartments - the club format of the building envisages a minimal number of neighbors and the absence of the so-called "ant effect."

If public transport is needed - there is a bus stop for route number 393 within a 5-minute walk, and a little further tram routes number 4 and number 8 pass by.

You can buy groceries on foot from the nearest supermarket "Blyzhenko" in 5 minutes or from the supermarket "ATB" in 10 minutes. Several more supermarkets of large retail chains are located within a radius of 6 minutes by car from the "CONTINENT PRIME" Residential Complex. It will take only 7 minutes to get to the King Cross Leopolis shopping mall, where the "Ashan" hypermarket, stores of various directions, necessary services, the "Planeta Kino" cinema, the "Fly Kids" children's entertainment complex, and a food court with several cafes and restaurants are operating. There is also an open "Epicenter" hypermarket, where you will find everything you need for repairing and equipping your home. You can always go for farm products to the "Shuvar" market, spending 12 minutes on the road.

For children's educational institutions, it is a 9-minute walk to the "Zelenyi Pinguin" kindergarten. To the "Ecoland" kindergarten, "Ecoland" lyceum, or school number 13 by car is about 2-3 minutes. Several more educational institutions are located within a radius of 4-6 minutes by car from the complex. These are kindergartens number 40 and "Piznaiko," schools number 1, number 90, and lyceum number 93. A private medical center "Biomed" operates 12 minutes on foot from the "CONTINENT PRIME" Residential Complex, to polyclinic number 4 and children's polyclinic "Veselka" - 7 minutes by car.

The nearest sports hall "Formula Krasa" is a 10-minute walk from the building. To the "Sparta" sports hall by car is 5 minutes, a minute longer to the SPORT LIFE sports complex. If you prefer swimming, it is a 7-minute drive to the "Dolphin" swimming pool.
