LCD FEEL HOUSE Residential Complex In Levovskaya oblaste

Feel House is a residential complex in the format of a suburban club house in the village of Sokilnyky, bordering the southwestern outskirts of Lviv. The four-story building in Scandinavian style was built according to the author's project of the Belyaev Workshop, which received four awards in various categories at the Ukrainian Urban Awards. It will be a great alternative to an apartment in the "concrete jungle" of the regional center. Here, the feeling of a real home begins right in the hallways, the design of which was developed by the architectural bureau Savytskyy Design. On the top floor, there are apartments with mansards, and on the lower floor, there are cafes and shops.

The concept of representative floors provides privacy and additional security. The internal courtyard with modern interactive children's playgrounds, green areas, and sports areas will be available only to residents. Near Feel House, there are two lakes with colorful nature and places for recreation.

Infrastructure

Not far from the Feel House residential complex, the Striyska Street runs, which is also the E471 Lviv-Mukachevo highway, which is 20 minutes by car to the historical center of the city and 10 minutes to the intersection with the Ring Road (E40 Lviv - Izvaryne). The central bus station of the city is 7 minutes away by car. Lviv International Airport and the central railway station are 18 and 25 minutes away by car, respectively. If public transport is needed, buses No. 23, trolleybuses No. 22 and No. 25, minibuses No. 25 and No. 57 run along Striyska Street to various city districts.

In the area of ​​the new building, there are grocery supermarkets of all major retail chains: "ATB-Market" - 6 minutes, "Arsen" - 7 minutes, "Silpo" - 9 minutes. Farm products can always be purchased at the "Shuvar" market, which is 10 minutes away by car from the house. At the same distance from the new building is the King Cross Leopolis shopping mall, where, in addition to a gallery of stores, there is a hypermarket "Ashan", "Epicenter", the "Planeta Kino" cinema, an ice rink, a laser maze, a food court, and other services.
