LCD Residential complex Greenwood-2 In Levov

The residential complex "Greenwood-2" project will consist of 13 5-story buildings. The residential complex is being built in a resort area near a pine forest, so residents will be able to enjoy clean air, quietness, and proximity to nature. The architecture of the buildings is notable for its minimalism: straight and clear lines of facades, classic color schemes, and panoramic windows with dark profiles.

Infrastructure

The "Greenwood-2" residential complex is located in the village of Bryukhovychi in the Lviv region. It takes about 20 minutes by car to reach the historical center of the city. There is also a suburban minibus stop just a few steps away from the building.

The area surrounding the complex mainly consists of sanatoriums, private cottages, reservoirs, churches, and a forest park area. There are several lakes near the residential complex where one can swim, fish, and try extreme wakeboarding. In the Bryukhovychi forest, you can go biking, play at the paintball club DELTA, rent quad bikes from QuadroWay and explore distant routes on them. If you prefer a more relaxed time, there will be relaxation areas with gazebos and barbecue places on the complex's territory.

Within a 5-minute drive, there is School No. 41, the Ukrainian Academy of Leadership, Kindergarten No. 143, and a developmental space for preschoolers called "Ptashenya." A private kindergarten is also planned on the territory of "Greenwood-2" for the convenience of residents.

Near the residential complex, there is an ophthalmological hospital, and a 7-minute drive away are Hospital No. 7 and two polyclinic departments - for children and adults.

The internal infrastructure of the residential complex includes the arrangement of children's playgrounds, sports areas, and fields for football, volleyball, and basketball.

Within walking distance, there are various open establishments: a cheburek shop, pizzeria, cafes, and restaurants at hotels and guest houses. It will take about 10 minutes to reach major shopping malls SPARTAK, FORUM LVIV, shopping centers "Arsen" and "Ashan."
