LCD RC Greenwood-3 In Levov

The residential complex "Greenwood-3" is a low-rise development in a modern style with its own territory, closed to outsiders. The project involves the construction of eight five-story buildings, underground and above-ground parking lots, commercial premises for offices and infrastructure facilities.

Residential complex Greenwood 3 is being built 30 minutes by car from the historic center of Lviv, High Castle Park, Market Square, and Lviv National Opera House. All necessary infrastructure facilities are also available in the town of Bryukhovychi: shops, educational, medical, and entertainment establishments.

Within a 7-minute walk from the complex, there is a stop for suburban buses No. 104, No. 123, and No. 144, which run between Lviv and neighboring settlements. Bryukhovychi railway station is a 15-minute walk or 2 minutes by car away.

The nearest grocery store, Natalya, is a 6-minute walk from the residential complex. Within a 3-5 minute drive, groceries can be purchased at the Rukavychka supermarket, Chvertka, and Galychanka stores, and fresh pastries at the Savran bakery. Dining options near the building include the Arkhan restaurant, Forest Tale cafe, or RoVero pizzeria, all within a 15-minute walk or 2-3 minutes by car.

Within a 5-minute drive from the new building, medical facilities such as the children's and adult polyclinics of the 7th city hospital and an ophthalmology clinic are located.

For recreation near the building and spending time with friends, residents can visit a paintball club, bike park, Koliba Lake complex, the shore of Bryukhovychi Lake, or Bryukhovychi Forest.
