LCD Residential complex Mizhrayon Pidzamche In Levov

New Lviv is reclaiming territory from industrial zones, combining modern development with architectural monuments. "Pidzamche Town" will be built south of the High Castle under Kniazha Hora. The idea of the complex is to create a new center of Lviv, which will become a multifunctional part of the city, combining residential, business, and social-commercial components.

"Pidzamche Town" is not just a residential complex, but an architectural ensemble consisting of several autonomous block-quarters. It starts with "Brama Residential Complex," then "Novyi Fort Residential Complex" and "Vezha Residential Complex."

The complex will have low-rise buildings that will not create dissonance with the architecture of the old city. The houses will be designed in a minimalist style with cascading floors, height differences, and sloping roofs. The variety of roofs opens up opportunities for attic floors, rooftop terraces, and relaxation areas for future residents.

Infrastructure

Each of the complexes will have its own uniqueness. For example, "Brama Residential Complex" will have an observation funicular from B. Khmelnytskoho Street, a central square for walks, and an amusement park. The "Novyi Fort Residential Complex" will have a shopping and entertainment center. "Vezha Residential Complex" is considered the infrastructure center of "Pidzamche Town" where there will be its own school, other facilities for residents' comfort, and a high observation tower with public access.

The complex's own infrastructure will include office premises, supermarkets, stores, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, bank branches, and other services for the comfortable life of future residents. In the area of new buildings, there are several grocery stores, "Furshet" supermarket, "ATB," and "Pidzamche" market.

Future residents' children will be able to walk to their own kindergarten - 8 minutes to Kindergarten No. 55, 10 minutes to Kindergarten Center No. 144 or Christian kindergarten, and 13 minutes to Kindergarten Center No. 121. For older children, there are schools nearby: No. 7, No. 20, a bit further Galitska school-gymnasium, No. 37 with in-depth French, No. 8 with in-depth German, and Polish school No. 24.
