New Lviv is reclaiming territory from industrial zones, combining modern development with architectural landmarks. "Podzamche Town" will be built south of the High Castle under Knyazha Hora. The idea of the complex is to create a new center of Lviv, which will become a multifunctional part of the city and will combine residential, business, and social-commercial components.
"Podzamche Town" is not just a residential complex, but an architectural ensemble consisting of several autonomous quarter complexes. It starts with "Brama Residential Complex," then "Novyi Fort Residential Complex," and "Vezha Residential Complex."
The complex will feature low-rise buildings that will not create dissonance with the architecture of the old city. The houses will be designed in a minimalist style with cascading floors, height variations, and sloping roofs. The variety of roofs opens up opportunities for attic floors, rooftop terraces, and relaxation areas for future residents.
Infrastructure
Each complex will have its own uniqueness. For example, "Brama Residential Complex" will have an observation funicular from B. Khmelnytskoho Street, a central square for walks, and an amusement park. The "Novyi Fort Residential Complex" will feature a shopping and entertainment center. "Vezha Residential Complex" is considered the infrastructure center of "Podzamche Town," with its own school, facilities for residents' comfort, and a high observation tower with public access.
The complex's infrastructure will include office spaces, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, bank branches, and other services for the comfort of future residents. In the area of new buildings, there are several grocery stores, the "Furshet" supermarket, "ATB," and the "Podzamche" market.
For the youngest residents, a future kindergarten will be within walking distance - 8 minutes to Kindergarten No. 55, 10 minutes to Preschool Center No. 144 or a Christian kindergarten, and 13 minutes to Preschool Center No. 121. For older children, there are schools nearby: No. 7, No. 20, a bit further is the Galician School-Gymnasium, School No. 37 with a focus on French, No. 8 with a focus on German, and Polish School No. 24.
Driving to the nearest gyms will take a few minutes by car: 2 minutes to the "Pride" sports hall, 3 minutes to the "Positive" fitness club, 6 minutes to the Olympus Premium athletics section, and 9 minutes to the Pride Elite Gym fitness club.
