New Lviv is reclaiming territory from industrial zones, combining modern development with architectural landmarks - "Podzamche Town" will be built to the south of the High Castle under Knyazha Hora. The idea of the complex is to create a new center of Lviv, which will become a multifunctional part of the city and will combine residential, business, and social-commercial components.

"Podzamche Town" is not just a residential complex, but an architectural ensemble consisting of several autonomous block-quarters. It starts with "Brama Residential Complex", then "Novy Fort Residential Complex" and "Vezha Residential Complex."

The complex will have low-rise buildings that will not create a dissonance with the architecture of the old city. The houses will be done in a minimalist style with cascading floors, height variations, and sloping roofs. The diversity of roofs opens up opportunities for attic floors, rooftop terraces, and recreational areas for future residents.

Infrastructure

Each complex will have its own uniqueness. For example, "Brama Residential Complex" will have an observation funicular from B. Khmelnytskoho Street, a central square for walks, and an amusement park. The "Novy Fort Residential Complex" will have a shopping and entertainment center. "Vezha Residential Complex" is considered the infrastructure center of "Podzamche Town" where there will be a school, other facilities for resident comfort, and a high observation tower with public access.

The complex's own infrastructure will include office spaces, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, bank branches, and other services for the comfortable life of future residents. In the area of new buildings, there are several grocery stores, "Furshet" supermarket, "ATB" supermarket, and "Podzamche" market.

For the future kindergarten, the youngest residents will be able to walk - 8 minutes to kindergarten No. 55, 10 minutes to preschool center No. 144 or Christian kindergarten, and 13 minutes to preschool center No. 121. For older children, there is school No. 7, No. 20, a bit further is Galician School-Gymnasium, school No. 37 with advanced French, No. 8 with advanced German, and Polish school No. 24.

The road to the nearest gyms for training will take a few minutes by car: 2 minutes to "Pride" sports hall, 3 minutes to "Positive" fitness club, 6 minutes to Olympus Premium athletics section, and 9 minutes to Pride Elite Gym fitness club.
