About the project

Residential complex OKRUZHNA HALL is a stylish club house where residents will find a harmonious living space. The author's facade, spacious lobby, safe elevator, underground parking with a parking space for each apartment, comfortable accommodation - the new building meets the requirements of the most demanding residents.

The first floor houses a designer lobby with a furnished relaxation area and a room for storing baby strollers. Part of the premises is allocated for commercial infrastructure and office space, so investors have the opportunity to start or expand their own business.

The building has a total of 6 floors, with only 20 apartments - making it easy for residents to create a strong friendly community. All apartments have convenient layouts (you can choose options with 2 or 3 rooms), high ceilings (2.85 m), panoramic windows. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace. And to ensure a comfortable temperature in the homes, each apartment is equipped with a quality heating boiler.

The internal territory of the residential complex is closed to cars and outsiders, decorated with elements of landscape design, and equipped with sports and playgrounds with safe flooring. A separate barbecue area allows residents to enjoy cooking outdoors without disturbing their neighbors.

Infrastructure

The location of the OKRUZHNA HALL residential complex is reflected in the project name - it is located on Okruzhna Street in Lviv (Zaliznychny district, Bogdanivka microdistrict). The location is very convenient, with easy transportation links to the city center and a developed infrastructure.

Residents of OKRUZHNA HALL can reach the business center of Lviv in 15 minutes by car - the complex has convenient access to Horodotska Street, which is one of the radial roads of the city. By public transport, the journey to the center will take about 25 minutes. Near the new building (250 m, 3 min walk) there is a bus stop for buses No.16 and 138, trolleybus No.30, and minibuses No.25, 33, and 51, which travel to various districts of Lviv.

For everyday groceries, residents can visit the stores "Products", "Charcoal for the holiday", "Delicacies" (5 min) or supermarkets "Silpo" and "ATB" (15 min). For larger shopping trips, residents can go to the shopping centers "Skrinia" or "Privokzalny" (5 min by car), "VAM" or "Victoria Gardens" (10 min by car), and others.

For preschool children, there are kindergartens No.128 (5 min walk), No.3 and No.18, the school-kindergarten "One-two-three" (15 min walk) nearby. Schoolchildren can receive secondary education at lyceum No.51 and municipal school No.40 (15 min walk). Within a radius of 5-7 minutes by car, there are municipal school "Yevshan", schools No.5, 17, 55, 3, 31, and others. Continuing education near home is possible at the medical college, art school, forestry university, or college of the university of telecommunications (up to 15 minutes by car).
