The residential complex Q-7 "Quoroom Ice" is another project of the construction company "Quoroom", which is being implemented in the Sykhiv district of Lviv. It consists of a seven-story business-class building created according to an individual author's project. The developer took care of the energy efficiency of the Q-7 "Quoroom Ice" residential complex. The external walls are insulated with ceramic blocks and foam plastic, while the internal walls are made of brick. Each apartment has individual heating system, allowing residents to manually adjust the room temperature and control energy consumption.
