RedWood is a residential club-type complex in the green and quiet suburb of Lviv, in the village of Bryukhovychi. The four-story building with two sections attracts attention with its modern architectural aesthetics. The low-rise construction means a small number of residents, ensuring comfort and privacy.
The technologies used in the construction of the complex ensure the maximum strength and durability of the building, and the materials meet modern standards of quality, energy efficiency, and environmental safety. The brick walls are additionally insulated with polystyrene foam boards. In addition, each apartment has an individual heating system, so residents can regulate their maintenance costs. The presence of developed infrastructure and thoughtful planning guarantees a choice from classic apartments to studios or penthouses. The project includes an underground parking lot for 18 cars with charging stations for electric vehicles. A lift in each stairwell leads from the parking lot to the residential floors. On the adjacent territory, designed according to landscape design, a children's playground and recreation areas will be arranged.
Infrastructure
The RedWood residential complex is located in the ecologically attractive suburb of Lviv – Bryukhovychi village on 15 Yasna Street. This green area is near a pine forest and at the same time, a 10-minute drive from the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv, allowing residents to use the infrastructure of a large regional center.
The Bryukhovychi railway station is 700 meters away. Within a 5-minute walk from the complex, there is a bus stop for buses No. 8, No. 22, No. 104, No. 123, some of which run between the village and Lviv.
The nearest supermarket to the residential complex is "Aurora," a 4-minute walk away, with "Bliznko" supermarket a few minutes further. Along Independence Street, a 5-minute walk away, there are various shops, cafes, and post offices. On the outskirts of Lviv, about a 10-minute drive away, is the sports, shopping, and entertainment center "Spartak," which houses the "Silpo" supermarket, "Sport Life" fitness club, "Multiplex" cinema, a large children's space with play areas, food court, and brand stores. A 17-minute drive away is the open hypermarket "Epicenter K," where building materials and household goods are sold. Groceries can be bought at the Bryukhovychi market, a 4-minute walk away.
If a kindergarten is needed, it is a 2-minute walk to Kindergarten No. 143 "Forest Bell." For schoolchildren, a bit further is Municipal School No. 41, and a 5-minute drive away is the children's space "Ptashenya." In the neighboring village of Bіrki, at the same distance, there is a comprehensive school that combines a school and a part-time kindergarten under one roof. Also close to the residential complex are Music School No. 7 and the dance studio "Dance Studio Fusion."
Within a radius of 2-5 minutes by car from the RedWood residential complex, there are children's and adult clinics of the 7th city hospital, the Lviv city cardiological hospital, and the ophthalmological hospital.
Near the building, you can relax at a paintball club, bike park, the "Kolyba" lake complex, on the shore of Bryukhovychi Lake, or in the Bryukhovychi Forest. For those who prefer to spend their free time training, a 5-minute drive from the building is the Voodoo Wake Park sports complex.
