LCD RC Shelest In Levov

The residential complex "Shel' est" is a project being implemented by the company "Nova Oselya" in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv. The complex is located in the northern part of the city, just 5 km from the center, on a hill that offers a wonderful view of the city.

The nearest bus stop is 500 m from the complex, where you can take bus No. 184-a and minibuses No. 17 and No. 19, which run to various parts of Lviv and the suburbs. The journey by car to the railway station and the "Dvirtsevyy" bus station takes about 23 minutes.

You can walk to the nearest supermarket "Blyzen' ko" in 5-6 minutes. By car, it will take about 5 minutes to get to the "ATB" supermarket or the "Sotsial'nyy Halyts' kyy Yarmarok" market. The sports and entertainment center "Spartak" is a 12-minute drive away, where, in addition to the "Sil' po" supermarket, there are stores of various orientations, a 7-screen cinema "Multiplex", a children's play area, a food court, and "Sportlife" with an Olympic standard pool. By car, it takes about 5 minutes to get to kindergarten No. 133, and you can reach the "Lyubystok" kindergarten in 9 minutes. It's a 15-minute walk to the "Spectr" center for child development. For schoolchildren, there is a secondary school No. 97 within a 9-minute walk. A little further away (a 16-18 minute walk) are two more secondary schools: "Ekolend" and school No. 30.

If you need medical assistance, you can go to the outpatient clinic, which is about a 4-minute drive away. You can reach the family medicine clinic and the hospital of St. Panteleimon in 7 minutes. Also, within a radius of 4-7 minutes by car, there are private medical centers. If necessary, there are veterinary clinics "TIM", "Sonovet", and "Merlion" within a 4-5 minute drive from the complex.

For relaxation away from the city noise, near the residential complex "Shel' est" is the Zamarstynivskyi park with wonderful views of the city.
