LCD Skyfall In Levov

Skyfall residential complex is an author's project developed by the winners of the international competition "Crystal Brick". Against the background of neighboring buildings, it stands out with panoramic glazing, different floor heights, and green roofs. The windows of the apartments offer views of the park area, the alleys of which will become a favorite resting place for residents.

In the inner courtyard, there are relaxation areas for adults and a modern children's playground for various activities. Thanks to the presence of underground parking, children will be able to play safely near the building, while adults can feel peaceful walking along the pedestrian alleys. Commercial premises on the ground floor are provided for the development of the internal infrastructure of the complex.

Infrastructure

The Skyfall residential complex is being built in the Zaliznychnyi district of Lviv, a 10-minute walk from the international airport and a 35-minute drive from the city center. The public transport stop on Ivana Vigovskoho Street, from which trolleybuses No. 22 and No. 23, buses No. 16, No. 18, No. 111, No. 132, No. 287, and nine city minibusses depart, is a 9-minute walk away.

The new building is surrounded by the construction hypermarket "Nova Liniia", the shopping center "Vam" with the grocery supermarket "Silpo", and the large trade and exhibition complex "Pivdennyi" with more than 1000 shops, restaurants, fitness centers, and entertainment venues. Here you can find a skating rink, a children's play complex "Veselka", the football academy "Club Lev — Pivdennyi", the boxing academy of Andriy Kotelnikov, the sports complex "Hratsiia", a laser club, a roller rink, an art studio, a squash center, and much more. For older children, a 6-7 minute walk from the Skyfall residential complex is the educational and upbringing complex "Divosvit" (elementary school, lyceum, and kindergarten) and the innovative school ThinkGlobal known for its author's teaching programs and individual approach to the child. A 10-minute walk from the new building is another green area of the city — Ivan Vigovskoho Park.
