LCD SVOЇ PARKHOUSE In Levov

SVOЇ PARKHOUSE is a new low-rise residential complex in the green and quiet suburb of Lviv, in the village of Bryukhovychi.

Due to its low-rise nature and cozy courtyard, it creates a suburban atmosphere, but with all the advantages and accessibility of city infrastructure. There are no industrial enterprises nearby, instead there is the large Bryukhovychi forest, which allows residents to enjoy walks in the fresh air.

Bryukhovychi railway station is 500 m away. Within a 2-minute walk from the complex, there is a bus stop for routes №8, №22, №104, №123, some of which run between the village and Lviv.

The nearest supermarket "Aurora" is a 6-minute walk away, further on there is the "Blizhenko" supermarket. Along Independence Street, which is a 5-minute walk away, there are various shops, cafes, and post offices. On the outskirts of Lviv, about a 10-minute drive away, there is the Spartak sports-trading-entertainment center, which includes the "Silpo" supermarket, "Sport Life" fitness club, "Multiplex" cinema, a large children's area with play zones, food court, and branded stores. A 17-minute drive away is the open hypermarket "Epicenter K", where construction materials and household goods are sold.

If a kindergarten is needed, it is a 6-minute walk to kindergarten №143 "Forest Bell". In the neighboring village of Bіrki at the same distance, there is a comprehensive school that combines a school and a part-time kindergarten under one roof. Also near the residential complex are Music School №7, Lviv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, Ukrainian Leadership Academy, and IT Academy "Hebron".

Within a radius of a 2-5 minute drive from the new building are the children's and adult clinics of the 7th City Hospital, Lviv City Cardiology Hospital, and Ophthalmology Hospital.

To relax near the house and spend time with friends, you can visit a paintball club, bike park, "Kolyba" lake complex, the shore of Bryukhovychi Lake, or Bryukhovychi Forest. For those who prefer to spend their free time training, the "Voodoo Wake Park" sports complex is a 13-minute walk from the building.
