"St. Olga and Elizabeth Residential Complex" is a modern comfort-class residential complex that successfully combines residential areas with commercial premises, a preschool institution, well-thought-out adjacent territories.
The residential part of the complex consists of two buildings of different floors, equipped with modern elevators. The first building has 4 to 6 floors, the second has 5 to 7 floors. Future residents are offered 1-6-room apartments of various sizes and layouts. On the top floors of the buildings, there are two-level apartments with their own terraces. "St. Olga and Elizabeth Residential Complex" is being built in Vynnyky - a suburb that has already become a full part of Lviv, on the central artery, Galitska Street (highway H-02 Lviv — Ternopil), which is 30 minutes by car to the historical center of Lviv. Near the new building are stops for several bus routes that run between Vynnyky and the regional center, as well as a large transport interchange at the intersection with Lviv's Ring Road. This will allow residents to quickly reach any district of the regional center and adjacent settlements.
Such a location of the residential complex "St. Olga and Elizabeth" and the presence of a developed transport infrastructure nearby will allow residents to enjoy the privileges of a large regional center.
You can buy groceries near the complex at the "Express Nash Kray" store and in stores such as Pocket, "Produkty vid A do Ya," as well as supermarkets "ATB-Market," "Rukavychka," and "Zhupan" located within a 3-5 minute drive. The "ATB" shopping center is also being built opposite the complex.
If there is a need for a preschool institution, the "Petronelka" and Baby Club kindergartens are a 3-minute drive from the building, while a little further away are the Helen Doron and "Posmishka" kindergartens. Students of the Vynnyky Sanatorium Boarding School can walk to classes — 6 minutes, to Municipal School No.47 — 8 minutes, and to the "Berehynya" school — 14 minutes. For extracurricular activities, the Children's and Youth Creativity Center is an 11-minute walk from the residential complex, and an English language school is a 4-minute drive away.
