Description

Residential complex "St. Olga and Elizabeth" is a modern comfort-class residential complex that successfully combines residential areas with commercial premises, a preschool institution, well-thought-out surrounding territories.

The residential part of the complex consists of two buildings of different floors, equipped with modern elevators. The first building has 4 to 6 floors, the second has 5 to 7 floors. Future residents are offered 1-6-room apartments of various sizes and layouts. On the top floors of the buildings, there are two-level apartments with private terraces. The layouts of the apartments on other floors include balconies or loggias.

Adequate number of basements and storage rooms located on the floors are planned for storage in the buildings. In addition, each section will have a shared facility that can be used for storing baby strollers, bicycles, scooters, etc.

The ground floor of the buildings houses commercial premises. Here, a supermarket, bank branch, pharmacy, beauty salon, or cozy café can comfortably be accommodated.

A daycare center will be built in the inner courtyard for the youngest residents of the complex. The project also includes safe playgrounds, walking paths, sports grounds, underground parking, above-ground garage, and guest parking in the territory arrangement.

Safety and care are important elements in the residential complex. Boom barriers will be installed at the entrances to the inner courtyard, allowing only residents' cars to enter the courtyard.

A concierge will monitor the 24/7 video surveillance system to ensure order on the territory.

The construction project also includes creating a special shelter to protect residents in accordance with new standards and requirements.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "St. Olga and Elizabeth" is being built in Vynnyky - a suburb that has already become a full-fledged part of Lviv, on the central artery, Galitska Street (highway H-02 Lviv - Ternopil), which is 30 minutes by car from the historical center of Lviv. Several bus routes stop near the new building, running between Vynnyky and the regional center, as well as a major transport interchange at the intersection with Lviv's Ring Road. This will allow residents to quickly reach any district of the regional center and neighboring settlements.

Such a location of the residential complex "St. Olga and Elizabeth" and the presence of a developed transport infrastructure nearby will allow residents to enjoy the privileges of a large regional center.

Buying groceries near the complex is possible at the "Express Nash Krai" store and within a 3-5 minute drive from it at the Pocket, "Products from A to Z" stores, and supermarkets such as "ATB Market," "Rukavychka," and "Zhupan." The "ATB" shopping center is being built across from the complex.

If there is a need for a daycare center, "Petronelka" and Baby Club daycare centers are a 3-minute drive from the house, while the Helen Doron and "Posmishka" daycare centers are a few minutes away, along with walking distance to Vynnyky Specialized Sanatorium Boarding School - 6 minutes, Municipal School No. 47 - 8 minutes, and "Berehynia" School - 14 minutes. For extracurricular activities, the House of Children's and Youth Creativity is an 11-minute walk from the residential complex, and an English language school is a 4-minute drive away.

For workouts, it's a 6-minute drive to the STARFIT sports complex or Lomho Sinkikay gym. For those who enjoy swimming and sunbathing, the "Palmyra Resort" swimming lake is a 14-minute walk from the complex.

Medical facilities within a 3-minute drive from the new building include the UP Children's Medical Center and the 2nd Outpatient Department of the 6th Municipal Polyclinic.
