Description

Residential complex "Saints Olga and Elizabeth" is a modern comfort-class residential complex that successfully combines residential areas with commercial premises, a preschool institution, well-thought-out building territories.

The residential part of the complex consists of two buildings of different floors equipped with modern elevators. The first building is from 4 to 6, the second is from 5 to 7 floors. Future residents are offered 1-6-room apartments of various sizes and layouts. On the top floors of the buildings, there are two-level apartments with private terraces. The layouts of apartments on other floors include balconies or loggias.

There is a sufficient number of basements planned for storage in the buildings, as well as storage rooms located on the floors. In addition, each section will have a common use room that can be used for storing baby strollers, bicycles, scooters, etc.

The construction project also includes the creation of special shelters to protect residents in accordance with new standards and requirements.

Infrastructure

The residential complex "Saints Olga and Elizabeth" is being built in Vinniki - a suburban area that has already become a full part of Lviv, on the central artery, Galitska Street (highway H-02 Lviv - Ternopil), which is 30 minutes by car to the historical center of Lviv. Near the new building, there are stops of several bus routes that run between Vinniki and the regional center, as well as a large transport interchange at the intersection with the Ring Road of Lviv. This will allow residents to quickly reach any district of the regional center and adjacent settlements.
