The residential complex "Viking Hills" is a new project of the developer "Viking". It is located on a hill in the northern part of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv, just 5 km from the city center. The author's architecture and designer exterior make the new building recognizable and unique among the surrounding structures. "Viking Hills" is a residential complex built using the most progressive monolithic-frame technology. It consists of eight buildings with 5 and 17 floors with brick walls, using modern environmentally friendly materials that guarantee high structural strength and excellent consumer qualities.
The project of the complex combines architectural novelty and innovation, while balancing comfort and convenience for people. Ergonomic layouts will help maintain the functional zoning of the apartment and provide maximum living comfort, while the presence of balconies and terraces opens up wonderful opportunities for creating a recreational or work area. Panoramic windows provide access to maximum natural light, creating a bright and cozy atmosphere at home.
In addition to comfortable layouts, the complex includes a European-style on-site area. Inner courtyards and alleys serve as a comfortable transition between quiet residences and the bustling city. Here, sports and playgrounds, rest areas, convenient street furniture, and greenery are planned. All of this will guarantee maximum comfort and coziness, as well as create more opportunities for pleasant outdoor activities. And the car-free area will allow residents to feel safe here. For residents' cars, there is an underground parking lot with an elevator to all floors and guest parking.
Incorporated commercial premises, spacious underground parking, meticulously planned on-site area, land plot with its unique natural resources, and the overall context of the area all contribute to comfortable living near the city center.
Infrastructure
The residential complex "Viking Hills" is designed with the concept of a "city within a city." Daily needs do not require leaving the complex area. Commercial premises are planned here, where in the future cafes, shops, restaurants, and much more will open their doors. The on-site area of the complex follows a European zoning concept: in the "quiet zone" there is a square on the hill, game tables, in the "park" - places for BBQ, in the "Active zone" there are art objects, cafes, amphitheater, stage, and playgrounds.
Also, Viking Hills features open surface water drainage, an artificial reservoir, and green terraces.
