The residential complex "Viking Hills" is a new project of the developer "Viking". It is located on a hill in the northern part of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv, just 5 km from the city center. The author's architecture and designer exterior make the new building recognizable and unique among the surrounding structures. "Viking Hills" is a residential complex built using the most advanced monolithic-frame technology. It consists of eight buildings, 5 and 17 floors high, with brick walls constructed using modern environmentally friendly materials that guarantee high structural strength and excellent consumer qualities.
The complex project combines architectural novelty and innovation while balancing comfort and convenience for people. Ergonomic layouts will help maintain functional zoning of the apartment and provide maximum living comfort, while the presence of balconies and terraces offers a wonderful opportunity to create a recreational or work area. Panoramic windows provide access to maximum natural light, creating a bright and cozy atmosphere at home.
In addition to comfortable layouts, the complex includes a European-style on-site area. Inner courtyards and alleys will be a comfortable transition between quiet residences and the bustling city. There are planned sports and playgrounds, recreation areas, convenient outdoor furniture, and greenery. All this will guarantee maximum comfort and coziness and create more opportunities for enjoying time outdoors. The car-free area will allow residents to feel safe. Underground parking with an elevator to all floors for residents' cars and guest parking is provided.
The integrated commercial premises, spacious underground parking, well-thought-out on-site area, land plot with its unique natural resources, and overall context of the district - all contribute to comfortable living near the city center.
Infrastructure
The residential complex "Viking Hills" is designed under the concept of a "city within a city." Daily needs can be met without leaving the complex's territory. Commercial premises are planned, where in the future cafes, shops, restaurants, and much more will open. The complex's on-site area follows a European zoning concept: a square on a hill is designated in the "quiet zone," game tables are provided, BBQ areas are in the "park," and art objects, cafes, an amphitheater, stage, and playgrounds are in the "Active zone."
Additionally, Viking Hills features open surface stormwater diversion, an artificial reservoir, and green terraces.
Thanks to its convenient location, residents of the "Viking Hills" residential complex will always be able to reach any part of the city on time. Just 5 km from the center of Lviv, it can be reached in 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by public transport.
