The residential complex "Viking Hills" is a new project from the developer "Viking". It is located on a hill in the northern part of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv, just 5 km from the city center. The author's architecture and designer exterior make the new building recognizable and unique among the surrounding structures. "Viking Hills" is a residential complex built using the most progressive monolithic-frame technology. It consists of eight buildings, 5 and 17 floors high, with brick walls constructed using modern environmentally friendly materials, ensuring high structural strength and excellent consumer properties.
The complex combines architectural novelty and innovation, while balancing comfort and convenience for people. Ergonomic layouts will help maintain functional zoning of the apartment and provide maximum comfort for living, while the presence of balconies and terraces opens up great opportunities for creating a relaxing or working space. Panoramic windows provide access to maximum natural light, creating a bright and cozy atmosphere at home.
In addition to comfortable layouts, the complex includes a European-style on-site territory. Inner courtyards and alleys serve as a comfortable transition between quiet residences and the bustling city. Here, there are sports and playgrounds, relaxation areas, convenient outdoor furniture, and greenery. All this guarantees maximum comfort and coziness, as well as creates more opportunities for enjoyable outdoor activities. The closed territory from cars allows residents to feel safe here. For residents' cars, there is an underground parking with an elevator to all floors and guest parking.
The integrated commercial premises, spacious underground parking, meticulously planned on-site territory, land plot with its unique natural resources, and the overall context of the area all contribute to comfortable living near the city center.
Infrastructure
The residential complex "Viking Hills" is designed with the concept of a "city within a city." Daily needs can be met without leaving the complex's territory. Commercial premises are planned where in the future cafes, shops, restaurants, and much more will open. The on-site territory of the complex applies a European zoning concept: in the "quiet zone," there is a square on the hill, tables for games; in the "park," there are places for BBQ; in the "Active zone," there are art objects, cafes, amphitheater, stage, and playgrounds.
Additionally, Viking Hills features open surface stormwater drainage, an artificial reservoir, and green terraces.
