LCD Residential complex West Tower In Levov

The residential complex "Zakhidna Vezha" consists of two residential buildings with integrated social and household service facilities, each of which has 11 floors, located in the Ryasne-2 microdistrict of the Shevchenkivskyi district of Lviv. The comfort-class buildings are constructed using brick technology, including a monolithic frame with a seismic resistance of 7-9 points. The walls are built with ecologically safe ceramic bricks (red double brick - strength M125 - M150), with a thickness of supporting walls of 500 mm with further insulation with polystyrene foam. Future residents are offered 1-room, 2-room, and 3-room apartments with various layouts. The developer provides the apartments with meters, electrical wiring throughout the apartment, entrance doors, energy-saving windows, and radiators. The apartments have individual heating, which allows creating a comfortable microclimate in the rooms independently.

All basement premises include a bomb shelter function. The area of each bomb shelter in a section is 240 sq. m, with an approximate area per apartment of 6 sq. m. Each building has its own courtyard, sheltered from winds and noise due to the P-shaped building form. The project includes the placement of a children's playground, rest areas, a sports zone, and guest parking on the adjacent territory. Underground garage parking is provided for residents' cars.

It takes 24 minutes by car to reach the city center, and 22 minutes to the railway station and the "Dvircovyi" bus station. There is a public transport stop 500 m away from the complex, with more than thirty bus routes passing through.

You can buy groceries at the "Koshyk" store near the house. It takes about 5-6 minutes on foot to reach the ATB Market and Rukavychka supermarkets. The "VAM" shopping center is a 8-minute drive away, where, in addition to the Silpo supermarket, there are various shops, cafes, ATMs, and other household services. Fresh vegetables and fruits, products from local farmers and producers, can always be bought at the Levandivsky market, which is a 15-minute drive away.
