Parksyde Residential Complex is a rather extensive, modern, and self-sufficient residential complex being built in the southwestern suburb of Lviv, in the village of Basivka. This project is a true small city: it covers an area of 87 hectares and consists of 40 medium-rise residential buildings with non-residential facilities on the ground floors. In addition to housing, the complex includes a developed infrastructure and rich landscaping.
Parksyde Residential Complex is designed according to the principle of block development, similar to the modern residential area of Warsaw's Nowy Wilanów and the exemplary L'Eixample (Barcelona). A clear and dense grid of streets, along which neat blocks of 4-6-story buildings are lined up with cozy inner courtyards, numerous shops and office spaces, a public space in the center of the development.
All buildings will be constructed in a unified architectural style: simple forms, concise facades, decorations in light tones, enlarged window openings that add lightness to the structures and brightness to the apartments, light and transparent fences on balconies and loggias. The new residential complex will have a quite modern appearance.
The complex includes about 12,000 apartments, among which you can choose from 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units of various sizes and layouts. The complex also provides 100% coverage of the future residents' need for parking spaces - through multi-level and guest parking facilities.
Infrastructure
Parksyde Residential Complex is being built near the Lviv ring road, so the complex will have convenient transport connections to Lviv. If necessary, residents of the complex will be able to reach the city center of Lviv (12 km away) in 20-25 minutes by car or 45-50 minutes by public transport. The nearest bus stop is located approximately 500 m from the residential complex. And 3.5 km away is the "Sknyliv" railway station, from which you can reach Lviv by electric train.
The complex's own infrastructure is designed to meet all the needs of future residents for a comfortable and vibrant public life. It is planned to build 2 general education schools, 12 kindergartens, and two hospitals. Various shops, cafes, and office spaces will be located on the ground floors of residential buildings, and a separate shopping and entertainment center will also be built on the complex's territory. If the own commercial infrastructure is insufficient, residents of the complex can easily reach the "Metro" and "Epicenter" hypermarkets (4 km along the ring road).
The recreational component of the project's own infrastructure, Parksyde Residential Complex, is represented by a large recreation area with alleys, squares, an artificial lake, children's and sports playgrounds. This area is designed in the center of the complex's overall territory, so it will be convenient to reach it from any part of the complex. Closer to the ring road, a water park with swimming pools will be built in the complex, which will operate year-round. Those who are attracted to the wilderness will appreciate the proximity of the forest park (bordering the northwest part of the complex).
