"Pine Coast" is a cottage town with its own infrastructure and access to the sea. Ready-made cottages are designed in traditional Odessa style with architectural elements of classicism, tiled roofs, wrought iron grilles, and light decoration tones, but you can implement your own project on an empty plot for construction. The town is conditionally divided into the upper forest and lower coastal parts.

The upper part of the town borders the national reserve - Luzanivsky Park, where deciduous and pine forests grow with endangered animals, birds, and plants. The upper part consists of three streets, each with a different building concept: Florinska Street is the furthest from the entrance, Central Street is separated from neighboring streets by oak groves, and Orekhova Street has plots with guest parking and plots ranging from 7 to 20 acres. The peculiarity of the upper part is the preservation of trees and private access to oak groves within the town's territory. Also, a park with landscape design and children's playgrounds is arranged for walks and relaxation.

The lower part of the town is the seaside. The coast is terraced so that each plot offers views of the sea and coastline. The distinctive feature of the coastal part is not only houses with views but also a 2-kilometer promenade, private beaches, a yacht marina, and sports grounds on the shore. You can buy a ready-made house or a plot for construction. The sizes of plots range from 6 acres to 1 hectare.

Infrastructure

The cottage town "Pine Coast" is located 30 minutes drive from the historic center of Odessa. Public transport stops are a 5-minute walk from the town's territory.

A 10-minute walk from "Pine Coast" is a shopping center with the hypermarket "Ashan", dozens of clothing stores, household appliances, and home goods. You can also buy home and repair goods at "Lerua Merlen", which is a 5-minute walk away. Large food markets with fresh fruits, vegetables, greens, and farm products can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
