Файне is a suburban cottage town of closed type, which is being built in a picturesque location - the recreational zone of Vasylkiv district unofficially called Vasylkiv Carpathians. The town is built with one- and two-story cottages, as well as two- and three-story townhouses with open terraces and private plots.

All objects, including infrastructure, are designed in a minimalist architectural style: with panoramic glazing and light facades decorated with natural wood. Next to the house, there is a canopy for two cars, designed in the same style as the main building.

Infrastructure

The club town of Файне will have its own infrastructure: an eco-products store, a family cafe, a SPA center with a pool and sauna, a kindergarten, and a children's playground.
