LCD KM Faine In Kievskaya oblaste

Faine is a closed-type suburban cottage town being built in a picturesque location in the recreational area of Vasylkivskyi district, unofficially called Vasylkivski Karpaty. The town is built with one- and two-story cottages, as well as two- and three-story townhouses with open terraces and private adjacent areas.

All objects, including infrastructure, are designed in a minimalist architectural style: with panoramic glazing and light facades decorated with natural wood. Next to the building, there is a canopy for two cars, designed in the same style as the main building.

Infrastructure

The Faine cottage town will have its own infrastructure: an eco-products store, a family cafe, a SPA center with a pool and sauna, a kindergarten, and a children's play area. For sports activities, there will be a fitness center, volleyball and basketball courts, a mini-football field, a climbing wall, a skateboarding area, and a workout zone. The project includes wide streets, parking lots, pedestrian walkways, bike paths, and three parks with a total area of over 6000 square meters with equipped recreational areas.

A large supermarket is located a 20-minute drive from the Greenery cottage town in Vasylkiv. You can also buy groceries on your way back from Kyiv on the Odeska highway at "ATB-Market", "MegaMarket", or at the market in Gatne. A 30-minute drive away, in the village of Khodosiivka, there is an outlet center "Manufaktura" with more than 100 clothing and shoe stores, restaurants, cafes, a cinema, a bowling alley, a "MegaMarket", an art gallery, a children's playground, and the "Children's Svitytsia" development center. There is also a fitness center "Deltaplan" on the territory of the outlet town with a gym, pool, SPA salon, massage room, Roman steam room, and jacuzzi.

You can receive consultations, surgical and rehabilitation medical assistance, and undergo diagnostics at the "Manufaktura Clinic" medical center.
