Faine is a closed-type suburban cottage town being built in a picturesque location - the recreational area of ​​Vasylkivsky district unofficially called Vasylkivsky Carpathians. The town is built with one- and two-story cottages, as well as two- and three-story townhouses with open terraces and private adjacent areas.

All objects, including infrastructure, are designed in a minimalist architectural style: with panoramic glazing and light facades decorated with natural wood. Next to the building there is a canopy for two cars, designed in the same style as the main building.
