Description

Inwood is a premium-class cottage town amidst a pine forest in the village of Kozyn, in the historical area of Koncha-Zaspa in the suburbs of Kyiv. The project includes 27 houses on a territory of 2.84 hectares. There are numerous natural lakes around Koncha-Zaspa, with the Kozynka river nearby. The project combines the comfort of residential environment with nature around. The developer, BudCapital, ensured that the residential complex is very convenient and autonomous, and its residents enjoy living in a modern space.

The houses are built using monolithic-frame technology with walls filled with ceramic blocks. The energy efficiency of the housing is enhanced by insulation of facades with mineral wool and quality windows with double-glazed windows. Triple glazing is used on the terraces for the safety of residents. For convenience, each house is equipped with communications for a fireplace.

The territory includes a children's room and mini-club, a winter slide, playgrounds for children, a sports ground, a workout area, an outdoor pool, a bonfire and barbecue area, a summer kitchen with a cocktail area. For car owners, there are parking spaces near the houses, as well as a guest parking lot for 30 cars with charging stations for electric vehicles. There are checkpoints with license plate recognition at the entrance to the closed territory of the complex. For greater security, there is 24/7 video surveillance, security, and a general bomb shelter in the administrative building. A private well will meet the need for drinking water, and two 88 kW WattStream generators will provide continuous power supply throughout the cottage town.

Concierge service will help solve many household and communal issues, including receiving parcels and ordering taxis.
