Description

KRAIEVYD is an energy-independent cottage eco-town, the project of which was developed taking into account the specifics of the natural landscape. Three single-storey cottages are united by a common territory, design, and the idea of energy conservation. Geothermal energy is used for heating the buildings and heating water, while water supply comes from an individual well. The houses are equipped with a "Smart Home" system that will help reduce electricity consumption by 35%. A pleasant bonus of the cottages will be the panorama of Feofaniya Park and the proximity to the botanical reserve "Urochyshche Bezodnia."

Infrastructure

The cottage town of KRAIEVYD is being built in a quiet corner near Feofaniya Park, just 9 minutes by car from the Great Ring Road, allowing residents to enjoy the infrastructure of the capital. There is also a private infrastructure in Khotov.

Within an 8-minute walk from the cottages, there is a Mini-Market, and a 4-minute drive will take you to the "Fora" supermarket and the "Victoria" grocery store, while the "Anzhik" store is a 7-minute drive away. On the way back home along the Odeska Highway, you can buy groceries at the Odesa Market, in the "Velyka Kyshenia" and "Fora" supermarkets, as well as at the market and the "ATB" supermarket in Gatne.
