KRAIEVYD is an energy-independent cottage eco-settlement, the project of which is developed taking into account the specifics of the natural landscape. Three single-story cottages are united by a common territory, design, and the idea of energy conservation. Geothermal energy is used for heating the houses and water heating, with water supply from an individual well. The houses are equipped with a "Smart Home" system, which will help reduce electricity consumption by 35%. Infrastructure

The cottage settlement KRAIEVYD is being built in a quiet corner near Feofaniya Park, just a 9-minute drive from the Great Ring Road, allowing residents to take advantage of the capital's infrastructure. There is also infrastructure in Khotov.

Within an 8-minute walk from the cottages, there is a Mini-Market, and a 4-minute drive will take you to the "Fora" supermarket and the "Victoria" grocery store, and a 7-minute drive to the "Anzhik" store.
