Location of the KyivOasis cottage town combines two aspects - you can live close to the city center, feel the fresh air, and have your own backyard for solitude with nature. There is a bus stop for bus No. 64 and minibus No. 452 just 600 m from the house.

A children's playground and a lake are a 10-minute walk away, while U Prostir event space is a 15-minute walk away and offers areas for BBQ, a beach, a stage for performances, football and basketball fields, and a beach volleyball area. Also within walking distance are several stadiums, an ice rink, and various recreation bases.
