The cottage town "Forest Lake" in Lyshnia Makarivsky district is located near Kyivska Street on the eastern outskirts of the village. There is a whole cascade of lakes within 500 meters, and a stream flows nearby. In two minutes walk there is a bus stop, from which a bus to the "Nyvky" metro station runs every ten minutes - the distance to the station is forty kilometers.
The new construction consists of one hundred and five separate cottages, built using classical and Canadian technologies, which provided excellent performance characteristics at low housing prices.
"Forest Lake" is a cottage town where houses are offered at the price of budget housing and combine a high level of comfort with low maintenance costs. Walls made of SIP panels and gas concrete blocks have excellent energy efficiency indicators, and PVC windows with energy-saving glass allow further reducing heating costs.
Four kilometers away there is a hospital and polyclinic, and a store is located one kilometer away.
The complex is located on a fenced territory, with a central entrance organized, accessible via an asphalt road. Convenient driveways are laid out on the site, street lighting is installed, and a playground is equipped. Each cottage has its own secluded area of up to nine acres, the cost of which is included in the real estate price.
You can buy a house in the "Forest Lake" cottage town in Lyschnya village from the developer "Eurodim" in one of fifteen ready-made layout solutions. There are projects of cottages offered without renovation or with "turnkey" finishing.
The roofs of the houses are reliably insulated with metal tiles, their facades are faced with decorative "corrugated" plaster. Metal doors are installed at the entrance of each house, and there is water drainage.
On the official website, photos of project variants are published, in which the sale of houses in the "Forest Lake" cottage town is carried out, and prices can be clarified with company representatives using one of the phone numbers on their pages. Reviews about the town and the construction company can be found on social networks and forums.
