The Loft City 2.0 project consists of twenty-eight townhouses located on a closed territory with access control system. All houses are designed in a modern architectural style - loft, using various materials such as wood, glass, clinker brick, and more. Thanks to panoramic glazing in the rooms, there will be plenty of natural light and visually more space.
The developer offers two options of townhouses - with an area of 132 m2 and 115 m2. Both layouts are two-story, with a spacious living room, several bathrooms, and a wardrobe niche. The area of the adjacent land varies from 1.5 to 4.75 acres - enough to arrange a comfortable lounge area with a pool, children's playground, and barbecue.
Infrastructure
The Loft City 2.0 townhouses are being built near the center of Irpin. Several new cottage towns and residential complexes are being built in the vicinity, which positively affects the development of transport and social infrastructure. Within a 5-minute drive, there is a public transport stop, from which buses No. 20, No. 352, No. 392, and No. 395 depart. By car, it takes 10 minutes to reach the border of Kyiv, and 40 minutes to the nearest metro station "Akademmistechko" via the highway.
For those who prefer sports activities under the supervision of a trainer, there are Reforma and FitHealth open fitness clubs within a 7-minute drive. Within a 4-minute drive from the townhouses, there is the Grand Admiral Resort & SPA hotel and restaurant complex with a SPA and fitness center, where there are indoor and outdoor pools with a children's club for the little ones to play while parents engage in sports.
Near the complex, there are kindergartens, schools, and private preschool development centers. Parents can take their children to kindergartens No. 4 "Kazka", "Bzhylka" with nurseries, or to the private institution "Pavlusha", which is about a 7-minute drive away. Within a 10-minute drive from Loft City 2.0, there are grocery supermarkets "Bzhylka market", CITY market, "ATB", and two "Fora" supermarkets. It takes 15 minutes by car to reach the city's food market, where you can buy farm products, homegrown vegetables, and fruits. At the same distance from the townhouses, there are the "Giraffe" shopping mall with the "Fora" supermarket and the Lavina Mall shopping center with more than 300 stores, a cinema, and an indoor family amusement park.

The houses are built of bricks of the "Keramcomfort 2NF" series, with a masonry thickness of 380 mm, which, together with insulation, gives a total thickness of load-bearing walls of 500 mm
For the roof, a soft folded roofing with a 200 mm insulator is used, laid over OSB boards and underlayment
For wood finishing on the facade, the technology from the Austrian company ADLER-Werk Lackfabrik Johann Berghofer GmbH is used, which includes the following stages: drying, sanding, impregnation for erosion protection, priming, and painting the wood in a factory manner
The houses are decorated with durable, strong, and resistant to aggressive environments silicone-silicate plaster Baumit with a water-repellent effect and self-cleaning ability
Depending on the configuration, the developer uses windows from two market leaders - TM "Korsa" (Rehau 70) or TM "Glasso" (Glasso 7s)
