"VIP-CLUB Estate" is a closed-type cottage town with a unique atmosphere in the suburbs of the capital. An integral part of the complex will be clean air, a cozy park, a river, and a lake with picturesque nature. The "VIP-CLUB Estate" cottage town is being built in the village of Ivankovychi, 20 minutes by car from Kyiv. A suburban minibus No. 724 runs between the village and the capital with a final stop near the "Exhibition Center" metro station. The presence of three access roads will allow for quick access to the city and back, and the proximity to the capital will allow you to enjoy all the advantages of urban life outside the noisy metropolis.

There is also infrastructure in Ivankovychi. Within an 8-minute drive from the cottages, there are grocery, wine, and building stores, a confectionery, a pharmacy, a beauty salon, a "Nova Poshta" branch, a stadium, and a children's playground.
