Oasis is a cottage town with 13 one-story buildings of the "Business" and "Business+" class, built using energy-efficient "Passive House" technology, which involves the use of accumulated solar energy as a source of heat.

Cottages with private land plots and individual water terraces are located amidst picturesque views of the village of Velyki Dmytrovychi in the suburbs of Kyiv. In the center of the town, there is a lake with blue water, each cottage has access to it, on the other side - a forest, promising a pleasant rest by the water and exciting walks under the rustle of trees and birdsong.

The town features its own square, a children's playground with safe flooring and interactive play elements, as well as a sports ground for soccer, basketball, and volleyball on the latest generation artificial turf.

Infrastructure

The Oasis cottage town is being built in Velyki Dmytrovychi, a 20-minute drive from the outskirts of Kyiv on the Dnipro highway. The nearest metro stations "Teremky," "Hippodrome," and "Vydubychi" are a 30-minute drive away. A shuttle bus No. 310 "Obukhiv - Metro Vydubychi" operates through the village, with a stop within walking distance from the town.

For outdoor recreation, a 20-minute drive from the new construction is the "Blue Lake" beach, the "Vyshenky" area with good fishing spots, and the tourist zone "Donkey Farm." And for workouts at the same distance, you can visit the Sport Life Koncha-Zaspa gym with exercise equipment and a pool.
