The cottage town "Seaside Bavaria" in Stari Petrivtsi consists of 5 cottages and 8 duplexes, designed in the style of "Bavarian masonry" with handmade brick. Infrastructure

From the "Seaside Bavaria" cottage town to the "Heroiv Dnipra" metro station it is a 20-minute drive, to Khreshchatyk - 40 minutes. If public transport is needed, the bus stop for routes №350, №354, №355, №795, and №902 is only 400 meters away.

A kilometer away from the town is a beach on the shore of the Kyiv reservoir, where you can also have a picnic or go fishing. A 10-minute drive and you are near the entrance to the "Mezhyhirya" residence. It is a decorated house-museum, a large landscape park, a retro car museum, and a mini-zoo.

Within a 5-minute walk, there is an open supermarket "ATB-Market" and a store for garden and dacha products. On the way to the capital, there are several "Fora" and NOVUS stores.

Near the house, there is a football field, the "Neptune" sports complex, and a karate club. After training, you can relax at the "AtmosferA" complex with a sauna and a tub overlooking the pine forest.

In Stari Petrivtsi, there is a general education school, a kindergarten "Prolisok," and English language courses WakeUp - a 4-minute drive away. On the other side are Novopetrivtsi schools №1, №2, and №3.

If medical assistance is needed, the nearest family medicine clinic is 1.5 km from the house. A medical advisory-diagnostic center operates in Novi Petrivtsi a bit further away.
