Prydesenya Eco Village is a comfortable suburban village for permanent and seasonal living just a 30-minute drive from Kyiv. Two-storey cottages and townhouses are located on the banks of the Desna River, surrounded by pine forests and several estuaries. This place has everything you need for a happy life: beautiful nature, a private beach, spacious walking areas, sports grounds, shops, and children's infrastructure. Next to each house is a small private plot where you can set up a playground for children and a relaxation area with a pool and barbecue, and some houses have their own water access.
Infrastructure
Prydesenya Eco Village is being built in the village of Rozhni in the Brovary district. The T1008 highway passes through the village, and minibuses No. 341 and No. 712 run between the village and Kyiv, transporting passengers to the Darnytsia bus station and Chernihivska metro station. By car, this distance can be covered in 25 minutes, and by minibus in 60 minutes.
Despite the distance from Kyiv, residents of Prydesenya Eco Village do not have to spend a lot of time traveling for groceries and services, as the village of Rozhni is rapidly developing and growing its infrastructure. The nearest grocery store and supermarket "RC minimarket" are a 5-6 minute drive from the village.
For families with children, at the same distance from the village, there is the Rozhni educational complex with a kindergarten and a comprehensive school.
In Rozhni, there is also a branch of Ukrposhta, cafes, a church, and a family medicine clinic where medical assistance can be obtained.
For sports activities, you can set up a small sports ground on your plot or install a pool for swimming and sunbathing. Residents of Prydesenya Eco Village also have access to various water activities, from swimming to boat trips. Not far from the village, on the territory of the country club "Avantyuryst," there are sports grounds, boat rentals, a rope park, airsoft, a pool, a tennis court, fishing and picnic areas, a restaurant, a SPA, and a sauna.
