Prydesenya Eco Village Cottage Town is a comfortable suburban houses for permanent and seasonal living, located 30 minutes drive from Kyiv. Two-story cottages and townhouses are located on the banks of the Desna River, surrounded by pine forest and several estuaries. This place has everything you need for a happy life: beautiful nature, private beach, spacious walking areas, sports grounds, shops, and children's infrastructure. Infrastructure
Prydesenya Eco Village Cottage Town is being built in the village of Rozhni in Brovary district. The T1008 highway passes through the village, where minibuses No. 341 and No. 712 run between the village and Kyiv, transporting passengers to the Darnytsia bus station and Chernihivska metro station. By car, this distance can be covered in 25 minutes, by minibus - in 60 minutes.
Despite the distance from Kyiv, residents of Prydesenya Eco Village Cottage Town will not have to spend a lot of time on trips for groceries and services, as the village of Rozhni is rapidly developing and is equipped with infrastructure. It takes 5-6 minutes by car from the cottage town to the grocery store and RC minimarket supermarket.
For families with children, at the same distance from the town, there is the Rozhnen educational complex with a kindergarten and a secondary school.
In Rozhni, there is also a branch of "Ukrposhta", cafes, a church, and a family medical clinic where you can receive medical assistance.
For sports activities, you can set up a small sports ground on the plot or install a pool for swimming and sunbathing. Residents of Prydesenya Eco Village have access to various water activities, from swimming to boat trips.
