Prydesenya Eco Village Cottage Village is comfortable country houses for permanent and seasonal residence, located a 30-minute drive from Kyiv. Two-story cottages and townhouses are located on the banks of the Desna River, surrounded by pine forest and several backwaters. Prydesenya Eco Village Cottage Village is being built in the village of Rozhni in Brovary district. The T1008 highway passes through the village, along which minibusses No. 341 and No. 712 run between the village and Kyiv, transporting passengers to the Darnytsia bus station and Chernihivska metro station. By car, this distance can be covered in 25 minutes, and by minibus in 60 minutes.

Despite the distance from Kyiv, residents of Prydesenya Eco Village Cottage Village will not have to spend much time on trips for groceries and services, as the village of Rozhni is rapidly developing and has infrastructure. It takes 5-6 minutes by car from the cottage village to the grocery store and the RC minimarket supermarket.
