QP Cottage Town is a modern complex in Scandinavian style, located in a quiet and green suburb of the capital. For this project, the developer has designed 12 types of cottages with functional layouts. Here you will find a closed area with landscape design, a forest, and relaxation areas on the lake shore.

QP Cottage Town is located 25 minutes drive from the metro stations "Vydubychi", "Hippodrome" and "Slavutych". If public transport is needed, it is a 20-minute walk to the bus stop where buses No. 735 and No. 738 pass.

All necessary infrastructure is located on the way from Kyiv to the complex. It is a 10-minute drive to the outlet town "Manufactura". This is a place where you can shop, have lunch in cafes or restaurants, visit a fitness club, beauty salon, art gallery, bowling alley, or cinema. There is also a hypermarket "MegaMarket", a hotel, and a medical clinic there.

In the village of Khodosivka, where the cottages are being built, there is a secondary school, a private primary school, the Future Skills development center, kindergartens "Vodohray" and "Svitlytsia."

A 15-minute drive from the house is the Blue Lake with a beach and a lounge area. There are plenty of restaurants and suburban complexes nearby. In the center of Khodosivka, there is also a lake for swimming and fishing. Fans of an active lifestyle will surely appreciate the proximity to such places as the "Geonavt" cave - 3.8 km and Glider Mountain, where you can paraglide - 3.5 km.
