LCD КМ Relax Village In Kievskaya oblaste

Relax Village is an ecological cottage village in the suburbs of Kyiv, located between a lake and a forest. According to the project, the area will have security and access control, with surveillance cameras installed for additional resident safety. Around the lake for swimming and fishing, they plan to improve the park area with jogging paths. For children, a playground will be installed on the village territory, and a sports area is provided for adults and young athletes. There is also a special area for walking and training dogs.

The cottages are built in the Hi-Tech style, characterized by minimalism, conciseness, clear straight lines, and restrained facade design. The typical layout of a two-story house includes a kitchen-living room with a fireplace, a study, walk-in closets, storage rooms, three bedrooms, and several bathrooms. Also at your disposal are two spacious terraces and a plot of land of 5-6 acres, where you can arrange a barbecue area or engage in gardening.

Infrastructure

Relax Village cottage village is being built in the village of Syniak in the Kyiv region, on the border of Vyshhorod and Bucha districts. Two independent roads lead to the village: through Vyshhorod along the Kyiv Sea and through Hostomel. By car, it is 20 minutes to the edge of Kyiv, 40 minutes to the city center, and 40 and 35 minutes respectively to the nearest metro stations "Zhytomyrska" and "Heroiv Dnipra."

Residents of the cottages have access to the infrastructure of the village of Syniak: grocery stores, a pharmacy, a post office, a tire service, a car service station, and a car wash. It takes a 15-minute walk to any of these facilities. Within a 10-minute drive from the village, there are large supermarkets where you can buy groceries for a longer period. If necessary, you can also go shopping and access services in neighboring settlements and the capital.

Next to the cottages, there is the suburban complex Relax Villa with a restaurant, SPA, two outdoor pools, saunas, tubs, and mineral waters, which residents of the cottage village can visit on preferential terms. Practically near the house, there is a well-arranged lake for swimming and fishing, as well as a forest for walks, cycling, and morning runs. A 15-minute drive from Relax Village cottages are the Solomakhin Rancho equestrian club and the 12 Months Zoo, which will be interesting for both children and adults.

Within walking distance from the village, there is the Syniakiv Chemical-Technological Lyceum No.15 for children, and a new kindergarten for 90 children is being built nearby.

In case of medical assistance, you can contact the Havrylivska hospital – 6 minutes by car, the hospital in Liutezh – 13 minutes by car, or the Staropetrivska outpatient clinic, which is a 20-minute drive away.
