The project provides for the construction of 20 cottages in three different variations: "European", "European 2", and "Scandinavia" - characterized by light decoration with minimal decor, large windows for good natural lighting, presence of a small terrace and open balconies. Each house has an individual land plot, fenced off from neighbors with a fence. In the yard, you can install a pool, a children's playground, arrange a barbecue area, or engage in gardening.

The town's territory covers 1 hectare and is located on both sides of Berezova Street in the Solomianskyi district. The main entrance to "Kyiv-Zhuliany" airport is 18 minutes away by car, and the road to the city center takes 40 minutes. 2.5 km from the house is the Vasilkivska metro station, a little further away are the "Exhibition Center" and the "Hippodrome."
