LCD KM Schastya In Kiiv

The project provides for the construction of 20 cottages in three different variants: "European", "European 2" and "Scandinavia" - they are characterized by light decoration with minimal decor, large windows for good natural lighting, the presence of a small terrace and open balconies. Each house has an individual plot of land, fenced from neighbors by a fence. In the yard, you can install a pool, a children's playground, arrange a barbecue area, or engage in gardening.

Infrastructure

The town's territory covers 1 hectare and is located on both sides of Berezova Street in the Solomianskyi district. The main entrance to Kyiv-Zhuliany Airport is a 18-minute drive away, and the road to the city center takes 40 minutes. 2.5 km from the house is Vasilkivska metro station, a little further are the Exhibition Center and the Hippodrome.

Several new residential complexes are being built near the "Schastya" residential complex, which makes a significant contribution to the development of the district's infrastructure. Here, shops, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants, beauty salons, and sports clubs are opening.
