The project provides for the construction of 20 cottages in three different variants: "European", "European 2" and "Scandinavia" - they are characterized by light decoration with minimal decor, large windows for good natural lighting, the presence of a small terrace and open balconies. Each house has its own individual plot of land, fenced off from neighbors by a fence. In the yard, you can install a pool, a children's playground, arrange a barbecue area, or engage in gardening.

Infrastructure

The territory of the town covers 1 hectare and is located on both sides of Berezova Solomyanska Street. The main entrance to "Kyiv-Zhuliany" airport is 18 minutes by car, the road to the city center takes 40 minutes. 2.5 km from the house is the Vasilkivska metro station, a little further - the "Exhibition Center" and the "Hippodrome."

Several new residential complexes are being built near the "Schastya" cottage community, which makes a significant contribution to the development of the area's infrastructure. Here, shops, pharmacies, cafes and restaurants, beauty salons, and sports clubs are opening.
