Sherwood is a closed-type cottage town in the middle of a pine forest, just 15 minutes by car from Kyiv. The cottage town Sherwood is being built in the village of Bilohorodka. The new development is located almost equidistant from two major highways - E40 Kyiv - Chop and R04 Kyiv - Zvenyhorodka, which allows you to reach the metro station "Zhytomyrska" and the Great Ring Road of Kyiv in 15 minutes by car.

You can buy groceries within a 3-4 minute drive from the Sherwood cottage town at two "Fora" supermarkets, "Eco-Lavka" and Deli stores, as well as at the market, where a wide selection of farm products, vegetables and fruits are available. A trip to the gastronome "Gurman", mini-market "Zoryany" and the shopping center "Bilhorodtsentr" will take a few minutes longer. Living next to Sofiivska Borshchahivka and Vyshneve allows you to use the infrastructure of these settlements. 12 minutes drive from the cottages is the EURO park shopping center in Sofiivska Borshchahivka, which features shops, restaurants, cafes, a cinema and the Kids Land children's center. You can also visit the Cherry Moll shopping center in Vyshneve, which is a 15-minute drive away.
