The cottage town "Teplo" is another project of the company "Novdim" in the ecologically clean suburb of Kyiv - the village of Krushynka in Fastiv district. On a total area of 15 hectares, 24 separate cottages with an area of 140 sq.m. and 12 townhouses with an area of 80.7 sq.m. are planned. Also, each house comes with its own individual land plot.
