Tivoli cottages feature modern architecture with black and white decor, panoramic windows, and clean, minimalist lines. The 24 houses are located within a gated area — there is a checkpoint at the entrance to the complex, and public areas are equipped with 24-hour video surveillance. The settlement is equipped with sports grounds, pools, a sauna complex, and outdoor jogging trails.

A typical cottage project with an area of 200 sq. m. includes a kitchen-studio and a bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms, a study, and a bathroom on the second floor. Each house will have a plot of land ranging from 6 to 8 acres — enough space to create a comfortable lounge area with a barbecue and a pool, or to install a children's playground.

Infrastructure

The Tivoli cottage town is being built in the village of Khodosivka, which has infrastructure including shops, a school, a kindergarten, cafes, restaurants, a shopping center, a "Nova Poshta" office, a medical clinic, and other services.

There is a high-quality European standard highway from the town to Kyiv, allowing you to quickly and comfortably reach the capital and return home. The nearest metro station, "Vydubychi," is a 20-minute drive away, and if you need public transport, bus stops No. 735 and No. 738 are a 10-minute walk from the cottage town.

Just an 8-minute drive from the cottages is the first outlet village in Ukraine — "Manufaktura," which houses over 75 shops of various orientations, restaurants, cafes, and confectioneries. For children, there is a playground, a development center called "Children's Room," and a children's entertainment center called "Dakland." Nearby the outlet, there is a fitness club, beauty salon Ala Delta, a bowling club, a shooting range, a cinema, a hypermarket, and a medical center.
