Cottage town "Yalinkove" is being built in the village of Khmilna in the Kyiv region. It is a large complex of 308 houses surrounded by a pine forest. The developer offers several cottage projects with main differences in area and number of floors, but the architecture of the houses is maintained in a single style.
In "Yalinkove" cottage town, there is a separate parking for residents' and guests' cars. The territory of the town will be guarded, so you can not worry about the safety of your loved ones and property.
Infrastructure
Cottage town "Yalinkove" is located 10 minutes by car from the Zhytomyr highway, which is about half an hour's drive to the metro stations "Zhytomyrska" and "Akademmistechko". Also, suburban minibus No. 773 runs between Kyiv and the village of Khmilna to the metro station "Sviatoshyn".
The internal infrastructure of the complex will include a kindergarten, restaurant, gym, SPA complex, and swimming pool. Next to the cottages, there is a lake with a closed beach where it will be nice to spend time in the summer.
In addition to the internal infrastructure of the complex, residents will have access to infrastructure facilities of neighboring settlements and the capital. For example, in the village of Mykolaivka, there are several nice places for family recreation: the playground "Mykolinі Plavni", the park "Mykolaivskyi Hoydalny", and the "General Lakes" with fishing spots. Within a 5-7 minute drive from the cottage town, there is the ethnographic complex "Ukrainian Village" in Buzova with a museum, restaurant, church, mini-zoo, separate rooms, and a barbecue complex.
Within a 10-minute radius of the cottage town, there are educational institutions such as Kozintsivska Gymnasium, Buzovska Secondary School, as well as the kindergarten "Prolisok" and the kindergarten "Children's Shores" in Buzova.
