About the project

The concept of the Yond.City cottage town can be summed up in one word: "happiness". Everything here is done so that residents can enjoy life. Kilometers of walking paths, a river within walking distance, developed infrastructure nearby, convenient connection to the capital, modern comfortable housing - this is what the town offers to its residents.

Yond.City is a comfortable, safe, and convenient town. It is closed to outsiders and guarded, with its own management company overseeing everything. Children's and sports playgrounds are installed on the common territory, paths are laid out, and lighting is installed. All townhouses are connected to central sewage and water supply, so residents can enjoy the conveniences of city living. Each house is equipped with an electric boiler so that everyone can create a comfortable microclimate in the house and manage energy resource costs.

There is a fairly wide selection of townhouse layouts in the town, so everyone can find housing that best suits their needs. Yond.City is located in the village of Hnidyne in the Boryspil district. It is less than 2 km from the outskirts of the capital (3 minutes by car), and 9-12 km or 15 minutes by car to the nearest metro stations ("Slavutych", "Osokorky", and "Pozniaky"). You can also reach the city's underground by public transport: a minibus stop (route 425) is located near the town (200 m, 2 minutes' walk) and goes to the "Slavutych" metro station, with a travel time of about 45 minutes.

Basic infrastructure is available near Yond.City. Within a 6-minute walk (450 m) there is a "Fora" supermarket, and the same distance to a building materials store. There is also the Medico medical center near the town (250 m, 4 minutes' walk). Overall, most of the neighbors of Yond.City are cottage towns, garden communities, and recreational bases where you can find cafes, restaurants, shops, private educational institutions, and more.

Residents of Yond.City will find it more convenient to take their children to schools and kindergartens in Kyiv - in Osokorky, which is 10-15 minutes away by car, with many educational institutions to choose from. There you can also find supermarkets, entertainment centers, boutiques, beauty salons, and more.
