About the project

The concept of the Yond.City cottage town can be expressed in one word: "happiness". Everything here is done so that residents can enjoy life. Kilometers of walking paths, a river within walking distance, developed infrastructure nearby, convenient connection to the capital, modern comfortable housing - this is what the town offers to its residents.

Yond.City is a comfortable, safe, and convenient town. It is closed to outsiders and is guarded, with its own management company overseeing the order. Children's and sports playgrounds are installed on the common territory, paths are laid out, and lighting is installed. All townhouses are connected to central sewage and water supply, so residents can enjoy the conveniences of city life. Each house is equipped with an electric boiler so that everyone can create a comfortable microclimate in the house and control energy resource costs.

The town offers a fairly wide selection of townhouse layouts, so everyone can find housing that best suits their needs. You can choose a duplex or townhouse, a house on one or two levels, ranging from 57 to 119 sq.m, with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms. There is even a studio option, which is perfect for singles or young couples. All layouts are carefully thought out and ergonomic, each townhouse has a terrace and a backyard.

Infrastructure

Yond.City is located in the village of Hnidyn in the Boryspil district. It is less than 2 km (3 minutes by car) to the outskirts of the capital, and 9-12 km or 15 minutes by car to the nearest metro stations ("Slavutych", "Osokorky", and "Pozniaky"). You can also reach the capital's subway by public transport: there is a minibus stop (425 route) near the town (200 m, 2 minutes walk) that goes to the "Slavutych" metro station, with a travel time of about 45 minutes.

Near Yond.City, there is basic infrastructure. Within a 6-minute walk (450 m), there is a "Fora" supermarket, and the same distance to a building materials store. Next to the town, there is the Medico medical center (250 m, 4 minutes walk). Overall, most of Yond.City's neighbors are cottage towns, garden associations, and recreational bases where you can find cafes, restaurants, shops, private educational institutions, and more.

Residents of Yond.City will find it convenient to take their children to municipal schools and kindergartens in Kyiv - in Osokorky, which is 10-15 minutes away by car, with many educational institutions to choose from. There you can also find supermarkets, entertainment centers, boutiques, beauty salons, and more.
