About the project

The concept of the Yond.City cottage town can be summed up in one word: "happiness". Everything here is done so that residents can enjoy life. Kilometers of walking paths, a river within walking distance, developed infrastructure nearby, convenient connection to the capital, modern comfortable housing - this is what the town offers to its residents.

Yond.City cottage town is comfortable, safe, and convenient. It is closed to outsiders and guarded, with its own management company in charge. Children's and sports playgrounds, paved paths, and lighting are installed in the common area. All townhouses are connected to central sewage and water supply, so residents can enjoy the conveniences of city living. Each house has an electric boiler installed so that everyone can create a comfortable microclimate in the house and manage energy resource costs.

There is a wide choice of townhouse layouts in the town, so everyone can find housing that best suits their needs. You can choose a duplex or townhouse, a house on one or two levels, ranging from 57 to 119 sq.m, with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms. There is even a studio option that is perfect for singles or young couples. Infrastructure

Yond.City cottage town is located in the village of Hnidyne in the Boryspil district. It is less than 2 km from the outskirts of the capital (3 minutes by car), and 9-12 km or 15 minutes by car to the nearest metro stations ("Slavutych," "Osokorky," and "Pozniaky"). You can also reach the capital's subway by public transport: there is a bus stop near the town (200 m, 2 minutes walk) where minibus No. 425 runs to the "Slavutych" metro station, with a travel time of about 45 minutes.

Basic infrastructure is available near Yond.City. A supermarket "Fora" is a 6-minute walk away (450 m), as well as a building materials store. There is also a medical center Medico near the town (250 m, 4 minutes walk). Most of Yond.City's neighbors are cottage towns, garden societies, and recreation bases, where you can find cafes, restaurants, shops, private educational institutions, and more.

For municipal schools and kindergartens, it will be more convenient for Yond.City residents to take their children to Kyiv - to Osokorky, which is 10-15 minutes by car and has many educational institutions to suit every taste and budget. There are also supermarkets, hypermarkets, entertainment centers, boutiques, beauty salons, and more.
