Cottage town "Cozy Yard" in the village of Bobrytsya, Kyiv-Sviatoshynskyi district, is a private house with its own land plot in an ecologically clean suburb of the capital. Near the cottages there is a pine forest and lakes, which will provide residents with great places for fishing and mushroom picking, the availability of cycling and walking in the lap of nature, far from the city noise. Each cottage has access to an open terrace in the backyard and a private barbecue area with utilities and paved paths.

You can buy groceries within a 10-13 minute walk from the cottage town "Cozy Yard" in several small shops in the village of Bobrytsya, as well as in supermarkets "ATB-Market", "Fora", Plus Market, and at the "Molodizhny" market in Boyarka, which are a 10-minute drive away.

If you need a kindergarten or school, within a 5-9 minute drive from "Cozy Yard" there is the private kindergarten "ZelenSad" and public schools No. 1 and No. 2 in Bilohorodka. You can also take your child to the kindergartens "Iskorka" and "Superkids", the children's center "Kuzia" and the children's art center "Dolonky" in Boyarka within 10-13 minutes by car. Older children can attend first grade or continue their education at Boyarka Gymnasium "Vinogradnyk", Boyarka Academic Lyceum "Harmonia", Private Lyceum for girls "Lady" or Municipal School No. 5, which are on average a 10-minute drive away.
