Kub29 is a unique project with unconventional cubic architecture that will become a highlight of the Dnipro district of Kyiv. A 5-minute drive from Kub29 is the largest shopping mall on the left bank, River Mall, with a gallery of stores from famous brands and a food court overlooking the river.

In the summer, you can relax outdoors at the "Berezniaky" beach, an 8-minute walk from the building, where the rope park "Active Country," the Wave beach complex with a restaurant, and the "Altanky na Berezniakah" cafe are located. A 15-minute walk from the complex is the popular "Telbin" beach on the shore of the lake, which is quite popular among residents of the area.
