LCD Kub29 In Kiiv

Kub29 is a unique project with unconventional cubic architecture that will become a highlight of the Dnipro district of Kyiv. Thanks to the unique step of balconies from each apartment, regardless of the floor, there is a panorama of the Right Bank, the Dnipro embankment, the Dnipro River, and the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. The project includes apartments of various sizes and layouts, and on the four upper floors, there are duplex apartments with spacious terraces for outdoor relaxation.

Within walking distance of the new building are stops for several city buses and minibuses, as well as the urban railway station "Levyi Bereh". The nearest metro station "Vydubychi" is a 5-minute drive via Darnytskyi Bridge.

Near the new building are kindergartens, schools, sports halls, cafes, restaurants, and shops of various orientations. The nearest grocery supermarket "Velmart" is a 3-minute walk away, and 10 minutes further is the supermarket "Silpo". Several other large chain stores are within a 4-6 minute drive from the building: two Novus supermarkets, "Silpo", and "Fora". In the same 4 minutes, you can reach the "Berezniaky" market. A 5-minute drive from Kub29 is the largest shopping mall on the left bank, River Mall, with a gallery of stores of famous brands and a food court overlooking the river.

Families with children will appreciate the presence of a range of educational institutions for different age groups in the area of the new building. Within a 15-minute walk from Kub29 are several kindergartens: 4 minutes to NVK No. 209, 7 minutes to kindergartens No. 525 and "Planet of Childhood", 9 minutes to kindergarten No. 515, and 15 minutes to kindergarten "YAMB". A 5-6 minute drive from the building are NVK No. 30 "Ecoland" and the children's entertainment center "Country of Dreams". Older children can continue their education at the nearest schools No. 288 and No. 209, which are a 3-4 minute walk away. Students can also walk to Gymnasium No. 191 and the Christian alternative school New Life School, which are 16-18 minutes away.

Within a 15-minute walk from the complex are several modern sports halls and fitness centers: "Rosychi", "Athletico", FreeStyle, and an athletics arena. For cycling enthusiasts, the Dnipro embankment with bike paths over 5 km long is located near the building.
