LCD Kub29 In Kiiv

Kub29 is a unique project with non-standard cubic architecture that will become a decoration of the Dnipro district of Kyiv. Thanks to the unique step of the balconies from each apartment regardless of the floor, a panorama of the Right Bank, the Dnipro embankment, the Dnipro River, and the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra opens up. The project includes apartments of various sizes and layouts, and on the four upper floors there are two-level apartments with spacious terraces for outdoor relaxation.

The inner courtyard is closed to cars. Residents of the complex will be able to use an underground parking lot with 99 parking spaces, and places for temporary parking and unloading of cars are provided next to the building. It will be possible to descend to the parking lot from any floor by an elevator with personalized access.

Infrastructure

Kub29 is being built near the Dnipro embankment, Darnytskyi Bridge, the city electric train line, and the intersection of Yuria Shumskoho and Bereznyakivska streets, promising a great connection with the Right Bank and other left-bank districts of the city. Within walking distance from the new building, there are stops for several city buses and minibuses, as well as the city electric train station "Livyi Bereh". The nearest metro station "Vydubychi" is a 5-minute drive across the Darnytskyi Bridge.

Next to the new building, there are kindergartens, schools, sports halls, cafes, restaurants, and stores of various orientations. The nearest grocery supermarket "Velmart" is a 3-minute walk away, and further on in 10 minutes, there is the supermarket "Silpo". Several large chain stores are within a 4-6 minute drive from the building: two Novus supermarkets, "Silpo", and "Fora". In the same 4 minutes, you can reach the "Bereznyaky" market. Within a 5-minute drive from Kub29 is the largest shopping mall on the left bank, River Mall, with a gallery of stores of famous brands and a food court overlooking the river.

Families with children will be pleased with the presence of a number of educational institutions for different age groups in the area of the new building. For toddlers within a 15-minute walk from Kub29, there are several kindergartens: 4 minutes to the Comprehensive School No. 209, 7 minutes to kindergartens No. 525 and "Planet of Childhood", 9 minutes to kindergarten No. 515, and 15 minutes to kindergarten "YAMB". Within a 5-6 minute drive from the building are Comprehensive School No. 30 "Ecoland" and the children's entertainment center "Country of Dreams". Within a 15-minute walk from the complex, there is a popular beach among the residents of the area, "Telbin", on the shore of the lake of the same name.
