The Gatne Country Club townhouse complex consists of only six cozy private residences located in the nearest suburb of Kyiv, in the village of Gatne. The townhouse community is designed to meet all the needs for comfortable living: stylish houses made of environmentally friendly high-quality materials, private yards for relaxation, ergonomic layouts, and of course security guaranteed by a closed territory.

The townhouse layouts include clear zoning for common and private areas: on the first floor, there is a common area with a large kitchen-living room with an additional exit to the back yard. On the second floor, there is a private area with 2 or 3 bedrooms. Depending on the layout, the townhouses have 2 or 3 bathrooms and a dressing room. At the same time, the total area of the townhouses is relatively small, about 95-97 sq.m, which ensures moderate expenses for maintenance and heating.

Gatne Country Club townhouses are located on Gogol Street in Gatne. This is one of the few suburban projects that has almost walking distance to the capital. The distance from the complex to the "Teremky" metro station is less than 2 km, which can even be covered on foot in 15-20 minutes. The nearest public transport stop is about 600 m away (5-7 minutes on foot) - where about two dozen routes stop that go to Kyiv.

Within a 6-8 minute walk from "Gatne Country Club," there are two network supermarkets: "ATB" and "Fora," which offer a fairly wide range of everyday goods and household items. 700 m away from the complex is the construction hypermarket "Nova Linia," and 1.5 km away is the shopping mall "Megamarket" with a large hypermarket, household appliance store, cinema, other shops, and a food court.
