Description

Location

The residential area Rybalsky belongs to the Podil district of Kyiv and is located on the Rybalsky Peninsula. The complex borders the territory of the old Podil and is located near the historical center of Kyiv.

Within a 15-minute walk from the complex, there are two metro stations: Kontraktova Ploshcha and Poshtova Ploshcha, with public transport stops located around the perimeter of the area.

Architecture and Exterior

The residential complex consists of 9 residential buildings, each representing a separate "quarter". The maximum building height is 9 floors, and the design of the complex combines elements of the old Podil architecture with modern construction trends.

The residential complex includes underground two-level parking lots. They will help free up space in the residential area from cars.

Materials and Technologies

The complex is built using monolithic-frame technology, with brick walls and mineral wool insulation. The facade decoration includes clinker tiles, which are durable. The buildings have open loggias and large window openings, allowing plenty of natural light into the apartments.

What's Inside: Infrastructure and Complex Features

There are plans to build the RYBALSKY Family Port educational center on the complex's territory. For residents, there will be a water canal and a 330-meter long embankment. Commercial premises, including restaurants, salons, shops, and pharmacies, will be located on the ground floors of each residential building-quarter. The complex will also feature fitness clubs, medical facilities, and bank branches.

To make living even more comfortable, the complex has a management company called Atmosfera. It assists buyers at all stages - from processing documents for the apartment to solving household problems.

For more information about the project, you can contact the sales department, as well as visit the official website or Facebook page.
